Little Caesars Pizza

Everything I ordered was correct, hot and fresh. The handsome young man with long dark brown hair was easy on the eyes and a pleasure to be served by. I will definitely return.

The crew makes the experience enjoyable. The pizza is what you expect for the price. The Italian cheese bread is exceptional. They make it when ordered so if you get there while it's hot, expect the cheese to require you hold it with a napkin. Again, the crew is fun and personable.

Was so good..I tried the 4 mini pizza. I forgot what they r called but oh my goodness they were a yummy burst of flavor. I was impressed

I can't say enough about this place. The workers are very nice and quick.

Short wait, girl upfront was a sweetheart 💕, delt with my crazy kiddos being obnoxious and mixing in my order just laughing it off. Food was prepared quicker than time stated. Cheep.

Was there yesterday. I did call ahead because I needed 4 pizza. The man in front of me walked in and got a hot and ready. Pizzas I ordered were ready and hot. Thank you

I give these employees 5 stars ALONE!! The customers that come in here at this particular location can be SO rude, vulgar, mean, and impatient. And I’ve never seen such professional customer service returned to these horrible people!! Way to go little Caesar’s for hiring such great people! The customers don’t seem to understand that they might have to wait longer than normal during an extreme rush of large orders. Also no matter how long the wait is 1 minute or 20, they are always put together great and taste better than other locations !

They're good at doing their job and have great customer service! I stopped in yesterday to order a custom pizza and it came out around $13... Once I arrived to pick up the pizza they knocked off $3 dollars because they realized I ordered a supreme pizza. They could've let me spend more money but they made sure I didn't. They now have a loyal customer!!

I ordered 3 pizzas and was told to wait 15 minutes, which is not bad at all. After 10 minutes, the pizzas came out and all of them were perfect. With a wonderful taste and the cheapest price around, I'll be sure to return.

I went to the Kalamazoo Gull Road location for the free pizza event and I was impressed with how well the situation was handled for how few employees there were in the store. Nobody had to wait more than 15 minutes for their pizza and they even handed out vouchers for a free large pepperoni if they had run out of the lunch combos by 1. And if you had a voucher past 1, it was a BOGO for a large pizza. This kept people from getting upset, and the whole thing was just handled very very well. If this is how the store operates under extreme pressure, it is absolutely a 5-star location and a testament to the people managing it.

My most favorite Little Caesars spot! Friendly staff, always helpful, even when they are completely slammed! They get it done here 99% of the time, and the other 1%, they always make sure to make it right! You can’t go wrong with hot & ready!

Only gave it full stars so it would show. I give it no stars. I just went to pick up a "pepperoni" hot and ready pizza here, it was not hot. Itnwas cold. Burnt and only had cheesenon it. Looked like someone was in a rush to Finnish the shift and just leave. Poor customer service. I have worked in the food industry in the past and have seen some poor customer service but never this bad. If the employees can't do their job right, minimum wage or not then they need to be replaced. I let the manager know what happened and she is willing to replace it. No problem but my problem is that since their is a manager and it's a small store then why is it so hard to get a $5 pizza. It doesn't matter on how busy or what the price of it is. It's the fact that they are supposed to be a "professional" company that can't even be professional. Rant over.

I like the food, don't love it... The stars:
Dillon, the manager gets 6 stars! I experienced an altercation with some punks looking for trouble, and he handle it like a truth boss. (It was very strange, but that is the public for you)

Little Caesars has it going on they've really moved forward in the piece of business I love the pizza portal to just be able to walk in get the pizza and walk out but I haven't talked to anybody and I highly suggest deep dish with extra cheese all the time because it about doubles the weight of the pizza and it's fantastic they know what they're doing and they're on the ball
