Snapdragon did the catering for the Spring Yoga Retreat (hosted by Paloma Yoga) this April. Every meal was so delicious and nourishing 🥰 Love having such an amazing option here in Colfax!

My favorite is the pure stoke bowl which is the bowl below with the pansy flower😋. I absolutely love this Snap dragon provisions!. I have had many food/bev and I haven’t had anything I did not enjoy it’s always tasty. Nothing but positive experiences and atmosphere. The owner’s are wise, friendly, and awesome💛 i am so thankful for all that they do and put out such a blessing🙌 they also have sustainable items which is really nice😃

Snapdragon has the best food and beverages! I love that I can go there for a clean healthy meal without feeling like I’m sacrificing flavor. They have way more options than most cafés and the prices are super reasonable considering the high quality ingredients they use. The business owners are the kindest people ever!

Great service and great people, atmospheres lovely and quaint. They're boba tea is wonderful! The Thai tea Boba is out of this world and so unique. Absolutely love the place.

Everything about this place is so cozy and won’t fail to put a smile on your face. The food is wonderful, the atmosphere is inviting and everyone who works here is just so delightful. Stopping by snapdragon is a staple in my daily routine.

I was up there today and got a delicious smoothie. Next time I'll have one of their great coffees. A darling store with more specialty Brands that are very clean. You can pick up salads or something else to eat. Also, the owner said they shop around the world for some really good brands.'s pastas tomato sauces some probiotic elixirs and cold pressed drinks in Mason jars ready to grab and go.Golden turmeric milk drinks too!

Organic coffee brewery, smoothies, salads, and organic goods,…..What’s not to love? Unique Chocolate bars and jarred organic snacks are a must try.

Colfax really needed a place like this!!

The breakfast burritos, Pancakes, broccoli salad, and dirty chai lattes are my go to orders! Amazing products and amazing service! Kallie and Taylor brought an amazing addition to colfax and it would be more than worth your time to stop in and try some awesome local goods! Also the doggies love it! They have a shelf of dog treats that my dogs go crazy over! 5 stars for sure!!!

An absolute hidden gem! Just what Colfax needed. From the amazing local fresh produce, fun and unique products, ever changing food specials, and pressed juices you won’t be disappointed. The Colfax Colada is my personal favorite. It’s the perfect stop on your way to or from Tahoe for a healthy bite to eat. I hope you’re ready for the most friendly owners too, Kallie is the best!

I’ve been waiting for wholesome heath food to be available in Colfax. I was pleased to see a variety of health conscious options I could choose from at this market. And yes great tasting fresh juice!

Delicious vegan scones and oat milk chai latte! And they provide top notch local produce with warm friendly customer
service. Can’t wait to return!
