As someone who frequents many local Tims. This will be the only location I'll highly recommend. I've been to at least five other Tims in the area and this Spencerport location is the only one with consistently high customer service. It's the only location where I feel the staff is consistently looking to serve and help. I've never felt like "just another transaction" --- If the owner of this location owns others nearby locations, I would look to this store as an example. Thank you for staying open past five, having two dollar happy hour lattes and never treating me like I'm an inconvenience. Kudos.

Best Tim Hortons in the area by far! They always get my order correct. Their drinks taste good and are consistent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will literally go out of my way to go to this Tim’s when I’m craving it.

Pretty Nice little location. Really nice staff, clean restaurant about on par for Tim Horton’s.

I love this Tim hortons and have never had an order messed up. If on the off occasion I ask if they can fix it and they always do. The staff is also really nice and patient.

One of the cleanest and well kept Tim Hortons Ive ever been too. Definitely would go there again. Highly recommend.

Update:
Tim Hortons in Brockport underwent renovation a while ago. Appears to be not just with appearance but with management as well. Orders have been accurate and efficient.

Clean establishment. Prompt service. Courteous. Cashier was respectful and kind and attentive. First time buying here. Will definitely come back. Keep up the good work guys!

I love this location. Read the reviews about the inconsistencies. I have experienced it too. But, they stood behind that errors and took care of it. Plus, this location in the mornings is very crowded. The staffs are very friendly.

Stopped by after an appointment and on the way to work for some ice coffee and a bagel. Went through the drive thru. Service was great and the food and drink were great to.

Service is quick and friendly. My order taker was brand new but she was being well trained so my order was accurate and quick. The place was clean too
