Dunkin'

The ladies and gentlemen were very friendly with a great sense of humor. The lady that was making my food seemed to be grumpy who could use a good laugh. The drink was fantastic! Thank you it gave me wanting more! Service was quick so I could be on time. Yet bet early. Thank you all for your great service whom I talked to!

Dunkin, Can be hit or miss. However, the employees at this location seem to try to make the experience a delightful one. Each time I have come to this location, my drink order is actually made to perfection as well as the food is on point. Keep up the great work.

10/10 nice service love everyone here like yeah it can be slow through drive thru but trust me they don't wanna make you wait. its the people who order everything on the menu, or 15 gift cards. it isn't their fault! be nice to ur local minimum wage workers :)

Dunkin is located on West Ridge rd in Parma ny. The exerior of the parking lot was clean and safe.
The interior of this building was clean and organized 👌 The employees were very friendly and helpful and take my order fast.
Everything that I order from D&D is always at the same level of quality and taste.
I love D&D for my coffee and desert fix.
Great job to all the employees who keep this place clean and yummy 😋

Always love Dunkin I order the same thing A med Charlie(made my way) with 4 Carmel 3 cream 3 sugar extra cinnamon on my cold foam and please stir it. I have never had my drink perfect. If it has extra cinnamon they didn't stir it if they stir it they forget extra cinnamon they usually mess something up. This Dunkin Nailed my Charlie best one I've had yet.

Tee dunkin donuts on 104 and 259 is the best dunkin in the area in my opinion. The wait is never terribly long(if I have to wait, which I rarely do!)
The staff are pleasant and they always get my order right! I can't say the same for others in the area.

Jeremy is the man. Hands down the best DD in Rochester, NY because of people like Jeremy. He went above and beyond and served not only the best Caramel Macchiato I've ever had, but also provided the best service I've seen and encountered in all of the DD locations I've ever been to in the Greater Rochester Area.

Usually when we go outside of our "home" location our custom order is wrong. Glad to say this location got it correct the 1st time. Clean restrooms and not speedy, but efficient ordering thru the drive thru.

Always great service. Bianca has class, awesome customer service, friendly and all the co- coworkers get along well. Wonderful teamwork.

The Medium Roast coffee is usually very flavorful, however the cup I had today was not so good; maybe there was not enough creamer. I will ask for additional creamer in the future

My favorite peppermint mocha hot coffee made perfectly! Not a long wait in the drive thru line today. Friendly staff.

A pretty reliable Dunkin. Mostly have mobile orders done on time.

Very well run drive-thru everything that you order is actually in the bag and the people are very nice that work there...
