These guys are amazing. I bought winter tires from them (Jan 2024) at a reasonable price and when it came time to put my all seasons back on, they reassured me that they would last me the summer. Didn’t try to sell me. Also, just had a flat and they fixed it and didn’t try to sell me a new tire reassuring me that they could remove the nails and plug it up. Running great. Reliable and helpful service!

Very helpful! I went here to get my tires replaced, but they also offered a free inspection! They pointed out that my brake paddings were worn down and gave me options for what I could do. I ended up getting the padding changed there as well, very convenient!

We arrived right after a flat tire. They quickly got us in and within an hour both tires were replaced and the vehicle was aligned. Customer service was amazing and we will be coming back if need be in the future.

I think this location is under new management so we gave them another shot after a bad experience last year, and they definitely earned our business back! They put new tires on in less than an hour (on a walk in!) and were very friendly, professional, and cost as expected. So glad to see quality work back in Chili!

Came to purchase a tire as I had a flat.I was told let him inspect it first as it may just need to be plugged. A long metal piece was pulled out tire buy it was able to be plugged. I am thankful as he could have just let me buy a new tire! Grateful for the honesty!! Great customer service!! Thank you Mavis in Chili!!

Very quick response and repair. We had a bolt stuck in the tire, I called at 3.00pm if I can bring the car and before 4.00pm we were out of there with the tire fixed 😁 Also the manager Derek, was very nice and helpful 😃 Overall the service was excellent!

Charles and Tajh were great I came in for a nail in my side wall of my tire and they were able to replace the whole tire for me! They couldn’t just patch it because it’s on the side wall. Thanks to them I was able to get back to driving by 6. They could’ve easily said no so I appreciate them!

Always have a great experience here. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. Today they were able to get me in ahead of my appointment time and able to fix my tire quickly. Cannot say enough good things about this location!!!

I purchased tires 15 months ago from a different Mavis and having issues with one of them. Dereck got my car in and on the lift in minutes! They tried everything to see why the one tire is losing air and nothing happened. He said if it happens again to call him right away and I knew he meant it! That’s great customer service!

Well I went back yesterday & Derek & his team worked until the found the issue! It was a staple between the treads! This was the cause of my tire with a very slow leak! This little tiny staple was the problem! I'm so thankful for Dereck and his team finding the cause & repairing it! As long as Dereck is manager there I will be a customer! He is a man of his word!

Went in to see about a flat tire for my car hoping to have it repaired sometime that day.when I arrived they took it right away and repaired it! They replaced it and returned my spare back where it belongs! Great place great service. I was there for 20 min and then on my way!

Where do I start? Brought in my wife car last week to replace tires, between the price and all the service that was completed. I would defiantly recommend this shop. Today I needed some more work done with the mufflers and all other services, Adam took care of me and is a great guy. I would recommend working with Adam if you have any car trouble. He is very friendly and knows his cars. If there was something more then five stars I would put it above that. Thank you Adam and Mavis for all your help!!!!

Needed a quick tire patch, was able to come in on the fly and tire was patched within 10 minutes. Excellent service and will return in the future.

Fast service extremely relaxed environment. Everyone i dealt with was professional and knew what they were talking about! My trucks happy too got some new shoes on the ole girl.
