Pinewood Country Club

We had the pleasure of having lunch at Pinewood on Wednesday 4/3. The service was excellent, food was delicious and the owner/manager went above and beyond for us. It was raining heavily when we left. He escorted us out a private exit leading us directly to our car to accommodate my parents. He held a huge umbrella over my parents and individually helped them to the car. Wonderful experience! We will be back and I have shared with many of my friends. Sincerely, Karen Rice

Talk about a hidden gem! I grew up in Spencerport and lived there most of my life and had never heard of this place, probably because I am not a golfer and it is tucked away in a nice quiet area. A friend had recommended it to me as a new spot to try when our previous weekly dinner night out spot had gone out of business. So we gave it a shot and popped in for an early week night dinner and decided to sit at the expansive bar. The bartender Alyssa R greeted us with a nice big smile as we sat down while on her way over to see what she could get for us. We let her know we were also planning to eat dinner and would like to look at the menu, which she promptly brought over to us. She filled us in on the specials of the day which all sounded delicious! She also went the extra mile and answered a bunch of questions about the menu and facility while she was pouring our first round of drinks. I tend to be a picky eater so her willingness to help guide me to what would be the best choice for me to order based on my preferences was not something I often experience at other bar/restaurants but was immensely appreciated and so rare to find these days. Ultimately I ended up ordering the homemade chicken fingers per her recommendation. (she said they were her favorite thing on the menu and I see why!) They did not disappoint, they were hands down the best chicken fingers I have ever had anywhere. If your a chicken finger lover don's miss out on those, they are to die for! Thanks to Alyssa's top notch service I think we will be making Pinewood Country Club our new weekly night out spot!!!

I hadn't played Pinewood for about 15+ years until last May.
What a wonderful surprise the course was. So much work put into it and great improvements to the entire place. The golf was fun and challenging. The course was beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grill and dining room were a pleasant surprise from the
"Old days". A terrific bar and the food and drinks are great.
We try to play a couple of times a week. You'll have a great time at Pinewood. ⛳

We don't play golf but we do have lunch there, and it's been very good. My husband is a tripe lover so that's pretty much what he always orders and I venture around the menu. They have a great burger.
Not super busy this time of year at lunch time, but I would consider a reservation on a Friday or Saturday night.

Thus was the best restaurant I have been to in a long time!!! Food was excellent!! Service was terrific!!! And our waitress, Brittany, was spectacular!!! We definitely will be going back many times!!!!

Food and service was fantastic!! I had the fish fry and my husband had the strip steak... it was delicious 😋

We went here for Mothers Day brunch it was delicious and the staff was awesome definitely recommend

Fantastic golf course with great food and now an ice cream shop. It doesn't get much better than this.

Great place to eat and have drinks whether you are coming off the golf course, or just looking to relax and have a few. They have really upgraded the building and it is clean and modern. But the biggest asset is Pinewood's staff...they are all very friendly and make the environment fun and comfortable. My friends and family go there often.

Man the food is great didn't think it would be but it was.. greens n beans awesome. Course is in better shape.

We had a banquet this past Saturday at Pinewood. The remodel is beautiful! We had a buffet dinner and everything was delicious. I have to say that the staff at Pinewood is one of the best that I've had at any restaurant or party house. So friendly and attentive especially Alyssa, Emily and Kitty. I hope I got all the names right. Thank you again!

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent prices, excellent courses for beginners and intermediate golfers! Tripe was delicious! Chicken wings were perfectly cooked and nice size!

Played golf every Friday in 2022. The grounds keep improving with all the work being done. Clubhouse is totally remodeled and the food is phenomenal! Looking forward to weekly play there this year.

Went to their restaurant for a Friday night fish fry. The dinner was very good. I had the breaded fish with baked potato and cold slaw. Well prepared and presented. The portions were generous. Service was prompt and friendly. We had a group of ten so reservations worked well as the place was quite busy. The drinks were tasty and prices were quite reasonable.

We went to a private party for the Rotary. All the remodeling was impressive. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, the patio looked awesome. Pinewood is now on our list for food and golf!

Beautiful course. New dining room and bar area also a new big patio and sitting area with a gas fire pit. Can’t wait to go back! Mike, Christine and John are doing a great job with the remodel!

Very Well Maintained Golf Course. I found it challenging, but not ridiculous. The staff was Great. I can't wait to play there again.

This is a nice place. Went for lunch and although the menu isn't vast there is enough to choose from and the food was very good. Looking forward to trying their dinner menu.
