Darrell's Diner

Excellent lunch experience. After a morning on the water, we were starving. Darrell's was close and affordable. The service was prompt and courteous. We ordered the BLT plate and the Chicken wrap. Both were a hearty portion for a delicious lunch. I highly recommend Darrell's if you're in town!

We had breakfast here between rounds at the golf course, basically, across the street. Darrell’s is within a mile of the course. Fast, friendly service even though they were somewhat busy at 11 on a Saturday morning. Good portions. Really good food. I got the Mountain Scrambler and it was delicious. Thanks for the great food and great service!

The service is amazing, the food was fast, and the prices were much better than the close fast food establishment. Quality and speed was a choice for me as I need to eat better and healthier. However, I could not pass up a Reuben and glad I didn't. The side fries and gravy was perfect. I will definitely be returning.

We love Darrell's but this will forever be our favorite location lots of new faces but everyone is amazing. Our server today was chasity great personality and beautiful smile will be back again and again !

From the light and flaking warm biscuit to the enormous portion of country ham, Darrell’s delivered a delicious breakfast. Service was attentive and friendly. Will definitely return when in Ocala.

Wait staff super friendly. Amazing food and prices. Good hometown atmosphere with great food. Try the rueben or French toast.

This is my absolute favorite breakfast spot in Ocala. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. We have experienced all the servers here, we had Heather on Sunday and she was an absolute joy. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in town.

The place looked clean, the breakfast tasted great and the waitress was nice. I can't say I much more than that, but I would definitely return.

We came up from Sarasota to spend some time with our neice and nephew. Googled breakfast places near me. Went to Bob Evens long lines and short staffed we decided to go elsewhere. The best decision we ever made, walked in to Darrell’s Diner. We were greeted with a warming hello from all the servers. Absolutely the best service we have had in a long time, and we travel a lot. The food was amazing, and fast, the price was accurate but to be honest I would have paid twice that for the service alone! Nicole was great with the kids and everyone was on point working together. If I could have given 10 stars I would have. Don’t go anywhere else for breakfast this is your place. Great job!!!

Even though they were short staffed the day we went, the experience was amazing. We constantly go here for our weekend family mornings. The staff are all wonderful and nice and the food has always been great.

We come from Winter Haven several times a year to see the Gators play. We always find one of the many Darrel's diners and have breakfast the next day on the way home. We love it. We have also personally known Darrell himself for many years...Good man

Good wholesome food at a great price. Fast service.

Our family of 4 loves coming here. They always remember us and even know our regular drink orders! The kids love having coloring books and crayons to play with while we wait for food. The puzzle peice photo decor gives such a warm home feeling. We try to visit 1-2 times a month. Prices are great!

This place did not disappoint in the least. It is absolutely amazing!! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by one of the most friendly wait staffs ever. Each of the girls was happy and friendly and you could tell that they enjoyed their job. Even working on Easter Sunday, they were happy.

Shannon greeted me at my table, and she took my order promptly. She was very attentive to what it was I wanted, and when she delivered my food. Not only was it fresh and hot, but she brought me extra pickles. That don't mean much to some, but it does to me and it states a lot when your waitress takes special care of your needs.

I wanted a big fat juicy hamburger and I definitely got what I ordered. Not only was the burger fresh and hot, but it was so juicy it was hard to keep it together. But it was exactly as I ordered it, done to perfection. I commend not only the wait staff, but also the cook and the kitchen.

This is one of those places that I will definitely go back out of my way to stop and visit the next time I'm in Florida. I promise you, you won't be disappointed.

Love getting omelets here! They are always delicious and the atmosphere is great!

First time in that restaurant. Great atmosphere. Excellent service and the food was outstanding. Definitely would like to go in again.
