The atmosphere was great. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful with providing me better options for my plan. I’m excited about trying out a new device for the next 30 days and looking forward to having great success. I would definitely appreciate working with a rep like that again at Verizon. I certainly felt like my over 22 years with Verizon is not in vain.

I had the most incredible experience at Verizon. They were soooooo helpful & I bought the prettiest phone case that I’m in love with! Is this a new store? Because boy does it look AMAZING and oh so clean! I had an issue that needed fixing and BOOM! Fixed. My husband cracked his screen and without hesitation they repaired it. Thank you times a million. Will be back. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience for 3 phone trade in and upgrade. Rep was extremely knowledgeable and had my best interest in mind. Gave me his cellphone number and communication was top notch. Very responsive and accommodating on schedule. Extremely pleased.
