Drive thru is speedy and accurate. Very prompt and courteous, usually ask if any sauces are needed. They also read the order back for accuracy.

The service was great & the girl was really nice & helpful with me on finishing my order on the App ... The Whopper & Hershey Pie were Sooooo Delicious !!! I had to have a Coke with that too !!!
It was later at night & people were coming & going. I enjoyed sitting inside & eating & it was very relaxing !!! I order different things & with the App I can Always know I am going to find something Extra

Only reason I’m writing the review is to hopefully bring her some recognition. She was kind, fast, personable, and knowledgeable of the menu.

It’s hard to find service like that now a days.

The food was to be expected
The play place was disgusting

But when the staff found out it was Andrew's birthday they made sure the kids had crowns and ice cream.

Staff at drive thru was extremely efficient and friendly. Food was freshly prepared and hot.

Mainly just go through the drive through, so I can't vouch for the atmosphere. Whopper jr. deal is what we get. 2 for 5 bucks. Sure beats them golden arches.

Katima was amazing. Her sweet, gentle personality showed she really cared about every detail of my order. She went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling valued and cared for. I was a CS trainer for WWD. I know what that should look like, Katina at the 4976 E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL 34470 location did all of it.

I had a problem with the app and the shift manager (Kristina or what ever title she has ).. listen to me let me talk came up with a saluting after asking to see my order on the app and email that confirmed it and made my order personally ( I watched her ) best customer service I ever received . And refused to give me old onion rings. I definitely will be back and I hope they get more people like her ......

Came in for dine in and I greatly appreciate raquel serving us definitely give praise to Raquel she's a good server and very nice

Polite staff. Coupons helped us save 8 bucks. Every now and again you can't beat just having a whopper.
