I have always been most satisfied with the service I have received from American Heating and Air-Conditioning. Today Don W. was the technician who changed my furnace and humidifier filters and checked my air conditioning in preparation for the cooling season just ahead. I am most appreciative of the time he spent, his explanations for the services provided, and the helpful hints that I can incorporate now along with his suggestions that will help me to be better prepared when he arrives again this fall. I know I can count on American Heating and Air Conditioning; and they can count on me to continue being a loyal customer!

Working with American Heating and AC was an exceptional process from start to finish! The communication was top notch, everyone was prompt when expected, options were well explained yet not pushed, prices were fair, and installers took care to perform quality work. Several times during our furnace install, we heard the workers laughing together and enjoying what they do. Loved it! We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend to others.

I had gotten an estimate from Brandon to replace my ancient AC unit and 15 year old furnace back in October. Didn't pull the trigger right away until one Sunday morning woke up and the furnace was not working. Called Brandon on a Sunday afternoon and not only did he honor the original quote but he was able to get his team scheduled to install the new units quickly; what had been a nice to do home maintenance project became a must do project.

The team from American Heating & AC did a great job on removing the old system and installing the new system. Polite and professional, the team also goes the extra mile to protect flooring and walls as they remove the old system and bring in the new one. They provided a great tutorial on the new system and the overall installation, pic attached, is clean meaning pipes were smartly routed and the unit was seamlessly integrated into the existing duct work. Extremely satisfied both the scheduling and workmanship.

Most of the furnaces and AC units are manufactured in a handful of factories so at certain price points most units are pretty similar meaning the big difference often is the installation and support from the contractor. American Heating & AC is top notch.

Would recommend American Heating and AC. The person in charge of scheduling was friendly and knowledgeable. Service tech, Don, was on time and very professional, taking the time to explain possible reasons for the noise our furnace was making and options moving forward.

Had a new furnace and a/c installed today and a great job was done on both. Heil is the brand that was installed and both are high quality and affordable. Highly recommend.

I had American Heating & Air Conditioning replace both my a/c and furnace and could not be happier. From the very thorough consultation all the way through completion of the job they were incredibly helpful and extremely quick to answer any questions I had. The install crew did a great job explaining the new systems to me and left my house looking cleaner than it was before they arrived! Simply said, I cannot recommend Brandon and American Heating & Air Conditioning enough.

We have been customers for 20+ years, from the first installation in our new home. We have never been disappointed. John, Roger, Marilyn, Gary, Ben …. and now Don. Their consistent professionalism, customer focus, knowledge and quality work put them in a league of their own.

We woke up to a broken furnace in the middle of a cold spell and American Heating showed up within 2 hours of us calling, and we had a new furnace 2 days later. The entire process was easy and the team was a pleasure to work with.

We found Brandon M. based on a referral, and he was excellent! He went though the house and made recommendations to my wife and I for how to improve our heating and AC, and gave us several options to get the heat pump we wanted with all of the rebates. We would definitely go with him again!

Our furnace wasn't working properly in the morning. Someone was at our house early afternoon and the furnace up and running very quickly. Terrific service!

I was looking to get an air-to-air exchanger installed in my home and reached out to get multiple companies based off recommendations, online reviews, and proximity to my house. Honestly there are so many companies out there that it's hard to sift through them all. American stood out in the quoting process because of Brandon's mix of chill vibe and nerdy building science info. It's what I was looking for, especially since he showed himself to be really honest, even if the answers I was looking for weren't what I wanted to hear. I remember as he was answering my question with a long, detailed explanation he stopped and asked "wait, are you interested in all this detail?" It was a nice out for me if I did, but I wanted to hear all the nerdy details!

Brandon came back with a quote for the exchanger, along with a furnace and A/C as we were looking to get those replaced at some point too. The quote was inline with other companies in spots and better in others, which made the decision easy.

The exchanger install was super smooth--Dave was on-time, professional, and did ultra-clean work. Sometimes companies sound great in the quoting process and don't follow through with the actual work. That was not the case with American.

The best (worst?) part is while we didn't replace the furnace and A/C, my furnace happened to go out shortly after telling Brandon we'd wait on that. It was awesome to have a quote in hand with a company I knew would take care of me and start the work as fast as possible. It felt good to know I was getting the hardware I wanted as a price that worked with a company I knew would do a good job. It was a lot of money to pay for these three things, but I felt good giving that money to American. They earned it!

My ecxpectations were again exceeded by American Heating. I have worked with them for many years and their service has always been outstanding. This time they diagnosed, gave me options, and installed a new furnace all within 24 hours. Their staff are so friendly and helpful. I recommend them often to friends, family and via my neighborhood app. Thanks American!

We contracted American Heating and A/C recently to replace our furnace. We did a lot of research on local HVAC companies (we had more than 10 come out to quote the project). American was very competitively prices. The price combined with their demonstrated HVAC knowledge are the main reasons we went with them, and we're happy we did. Brandon was great to work with, quick to provide a quote, and very knowleable (see below). I highly recommend them.

During the inspection/quote, Brandon notified us that our current furnace exhaust was not up to code. We got mixed responses from other HVAC reps (some said it was fine, some agreed it was out of compliance, others said nothing). American was the only company that included fixing our code violation in the quote, and they were still less expensive than most. We confirmed with a city inspector after the installation that the code violation pointed out was in fact a violation and that the work done by American brought us into compliance.

There were at least 2 or 3 other more minor problems we had related to our furnace/thermastat that American identified during the quote and fixed during installation that were not mentioned by other companies. From our experience, Brandon takes the time to be thorough inspecting a job, quotes the right solution to serve the customer, and somehow does it at very competitive prices.

After 20 years with old HVAC system it was time to bite the bullet and get a new system. American was top notch from start to finish. Crew left my house cleaner then when they arrived. They came back the following day to fine tune settings and make sure everything was running smoothly. Will definitely use them again.

My experience was very good. Brandon was very kind and the guys who installed my AC were also kind and did a quick and clean job. I really appreciate that they did it so quickly.

American Heating was so professional. We were totally happy with every step of the process from the estimate to the installation. The installers were very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.
We had a Heil furnace that lasted over 30 years so we had confidence in that brand. We are extremely happy with our new Heil furnace and air conditioner from American Heating and would highly recommend them!
