You can choose up to 3 flavors at a time. Cream (vanilla or coconut) is included if you want it.

This was the best shave ice we had during our time in Maui. We tried 2 other highly rated places and this one was MUCH better. Everyone was so friendly, the portion size was huge, good flavors to choose from. Highly recommend stopping here if you are on this side of the island!

What really adds to the charm of this place is the staff. They're genuinely lovely, managing to be both efficient and friendly even when dealing with the constant stream of customers.

After a long day on Kaanapali Beach, The Shave Ice Spot is the perfect place to cool off and recharge. It's no wonder it's so popular - my family absolutely loved it.

While I can't definitively say it's the best shave ice in all of Hawaii, it might just be the best in West Maui. It's certainly the best we had during our trip.

Amazing true shave ice. I was so excited to show my family true shave ice on their first trip. The staff were so sweet and helped me locate a swim cap for my husband who got stitches right before we left for vacation. The kids want to go back every day of our trip and we will!!!! Highly recommended.

Great, fluffy shave ice. Good flavours. They don’t have the ice cream anymore, but they still have snow cap and li hing mui. It’s inside a beach store. There are a couple of tables along the strip mall to sit at and enjoy your shave ice.

Wonderful flavors. Part of a snorkel rental store so you can take care of both cravings in one go. They’re patient with kids too!

What a pleasant experience!! Super helpful and friendly staff!! Plenty of flavors to choose from and the ice was definitely thinly shaved and fully packed into the cup. I had the vanilla ice cream bottom with lychee, passion fruit and coconut with a coconut cream drizzle and li hing powder. Delish! Will definitely be going back :)

Warning: totally addicting. Unlike other shaved ice spots, this place isn't a bunch of artificial flavors added to a glorified snow cone. It is local flavors (the strawberry and coconut combo is amazing), with most flavorings natural. But the real kicker is you have to try the vanilla or the coconut liquid ice cream on top. Worth every dime. Somehow we made it to the shop every day that we were in Maui. Daniel is fun and slightly sarcastic, so bring your sense of humor when you visit. Highly recommend.

What a yummy treat! Went looking for Ice Cream and instead we found the shave ice Spot so happy we did because it’s nothing I ever had before. The staff was wonderful and you can refill your water bottle here as well.

Fantastic shave ice- get the ice cream on the bottom, you won’t regret it! The staff was kind and had great island tips on snorkeling and healing sunburns.

I stopped in at the for some shaved ice with my fiancé while we were waiting for our laundry to finish in the same plaza. We had not yet tried shaved ice while we were in Hawaii so we were happy to finally get the chance to try some. The staff at the Shave Ice Spot were very friendly and gave us some tips on where to visit while on vacation. The portions are huge and delicious and you could easily get one rainbow shave ice for two people. The store was very clean and was also right next to another store with lots of items to look at while you wait. There is some seating directly outside on the sidewalk of the plaza which was convenient. Overall I highly recommend.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Super friendly staff (Lani) and best tasting shaved ice I’ve ever had. They went above and beyond and gave us lots of recommendations to experience the island. I have never felt so appreciated at a business. Will absolutely be coming back 💕
