Panera Bread

Earlier today I placed an order with Panera and unfortunately , it looks like the driver kept the order and never delivered. (Not Panera's fault, they work with 3rd party vendor for deliveries). I called Panera and spoke with Grace the manager and she was very nice and was able to refund my first order. I then placed a 2nd order since I was still hungry LOL, and this time I only ordered 2 of the items instead of 4 items like the 1st time.

When I receive my order, Grace had added in the 2 items I had ordered the 1st time and also wrote me this thoughtful note. This put a huge smile on my face! Thank you so much to the staff and especially Grace of Panera in Northvale!

Placed an order on line which was wrong. Went into the store, placed the correct item. Greg the evening Manager on Saturday is extremely helpful and accommodating to the customers, it was a pleasure going into an establishment and meeting pleasant staff.

Always appreciate the friendly staff at this location. When I've gone in to order a loaf of bread when they are low they have gone out of their way to find a solution for me. Very appreciative of this location

Probably my favorite Panera location. I loved coming here when I was in college to study, hang out with friends and I’m still coming back whenever I get a chance. There is a fireplace which makes it real cozy in the winter. The team is super nice there. I love Robin! She is very friendly, never gets anything wrong and just makes you feel welcome at Panera. Parking here can be tricky, but other than that this is the best Panera around.

It's exactly what you would expect from a panera. Great food, ok prices, good environment. Would reccomend using the app to preorder as lines can get long. Once you order though, service is quick.

OMG, the team at Panera came through for me today! My brother had requested one of the yummy sandwiches from Panera to be his first meal after a procedure. I had limited time because I had to drive a fair distance to pick him up. I called and spoke with Zach (hope I'm spelling it correctly) because my online order said it would take about an hour...he told me he would have the order ready sooner than that. I was so grateful, but what really was surprising and amazing is the sweet note that was put in my order saying that they hoped everything went well with the procedure and wished us well. WOW, that is customer service! I recommend this Panera location! You guys rock! And of course, the food was yummy!

The Northvale location is always a satisfying place to go to. The service is excellent, friendly, and accommodating.
The food is delicious and I enjoy the additional dishes that have been added.
The place is kept clean. Whether dining in, or ordering out, this location is reliable.

My favorite coffee place $12 per month.

This is one of my kids and my favorite places to have lunch after school. Their sandwiches are fabulous, and their soups are super tasty. I just live there "kitchensink cookies" and cinnamon rolls. Good coffee, but it could always be stronger, I like a strong coffee... 😉

Sometimes, having too many choices can be paralyzing. But if you know what you like, or you've gotten used to the menu, it's a plus, not a negative. Portions are generous, ans there are healthy alternatives to carb-heavy fare. And if you like good bread and bread-based things, then this is heaven. The sourdough bread bowl is particularly tasty. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating indoors.

I'm going out of my way to acknowledge the manager Carlos who we t above and beyond for my special needs. He's​ very friendly, greeted everyone that walked in and everyone who exited. He also calked the employees by name. He also assisted with my points card so I can get rewards Great service!!!

This is one of the best Panera bread I have visited. The service it great. No matter how many people on the line it goes quick. I stop there a few times a week. Very friendly staff.

Always love Panera, and this Northvale location in particular has the friendliest, most professional staff. Keep up the amazing work GM Wayne and team!! :)

Not from the area but stopped in. Place is large and very clean. One of the nicer paneras I been to.

💕Frontega Chicken panini, black bean soup, anything with avocados, Asiago bagels, Bear claws, huge sourdough loaves, endless hot coffee! A place to plug in and recharge yourself and your electronic devices during extended power outages 😁 Prices are not trivial, but worth the occasional splurge. 😉 Check out Tuesday bagel specials.

One of the best Panera Breads.

Whenever I go to the Northvale Panera, I am very satisfied. The staff is excellent, well trained and efficient. I am always served with a smile from cashier to on the line.

Staff is wonderful. I love that I can order and pick up from my car. Saves time and taking the kids out of the car.
