10/10 service! For a small place, they deliver on their work and are super professional. I brought the cracked phone in and waited for the repair for a few hours. While I was there, I watched a stream of customers come in one after the next, either picking up devices or dropping them off, and each one got either the service they needed, or professional and reasonable alternative solutions.

Malik helped me with a bad phone virus issue over the course of 2 days, and was able to resolve the issue quickly and effectively with no issues, he was kind ,Courteous, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend !

Great experience, pretty straightforward. Had a repair to be fixed for my Samsung Galazy Z Flip 5 that was covered under warranty. Everything was as explained to me and I had no issues !! Brandon was my tech and he repaired my glitching screen same day and it was expected for a roughly 5 hours or so to fix the screen, but I can't complain because I got it back same day and I was told beforehand so I prepared accordingly

Visted this local store to fix my Samsung watch and they were fast and effective. Friendly environment and I definitely recommend them for any fixing needs.

They were very reasonable in cost, and have provided exceptional follow-up assistance with various needs including a proper match of a printer compatible with the upgraded Windows 10!

I have had two recent experiences here, both very positive! Most recently, I came in to have the power port on my laptop replaced. It required soldering, which is intricate work, and some repair shops wouldn't even touch it. These guys were happy to help! Despite a complication with the repair, they handled it like pros! Elliot was kind, patient and understanding! They were clear about timing, no surprises with cost and communicated all along the way. My laptop has my whole life on it and they got it back in action. Thank you Elliot and team!

I was also there earlier this year to get my phone screen replaced. This was a service contract repair through Verizon. Easy in and out in the same day. Dropped my phone off in the morning and picked it up after work. Again, the staff was fast, friendly and communicated with me throughout the day. I don't know if every location is like this, but I would be willing to find out. This location has made a loyal customer out of me!

4.5/5 stars. Would definitely use them again. The replaced screen for my Flip5 looks and feels like new, and the turnaround was only a few hours, much faster than I was told/expected (a couple days). The only issue was that I waited longish times (15-30 minutes 3 times, with 3-5 parties ahead of me); good that they're busy, not so good if you're in line. For the 1st 2 visits, I had appointments, which turned out to be meaningless. Still, a very good experience overall.

Brought in my phone because it wasn’t charging. Malik immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired in in 10 minutes for $30.00 . I brought it to Verizon earlier in the day and thay told me it would be $200 to replace the part brcause it ws not repairable.

Absolutely an amazing experience from start to finish. I have a Google Pixel 7 and the screen went black. I usually repair them myself but it was an expensive piece not including labor. But, I used my factory warranty that is for a year and made a claim and this location was one of the choices of repair centers to go to. And I'm so happy that we went with this particular location. All employees were friendly and helpful and kept us updated during the repair which was extremely fast. Hands down best phone repair center I've ever been to.

Apple was going to delay repair for 23 days since I did not have my apple password outside of my contacts which I could not see with broken screen.
Your tech was not sure he could do it but did it in 2 hours record time! Just amazing. Very capable and nice guy. Telling everyone!

I've had three occasions to use their services (Scarsdale, NY) and each time both customer service (Naome) and technical service (Jeremy I think) was excellent. They were candid about timing, parts availability, complexities, and the realistic results I could expect. Pricing was very reasonable and the turnaround was quite quick. I think they hold back on timing a little bit so that they always come in earlier than they estimate ;-) ... but I can live with that because I think it's a great way to manage expectations! Individually and overall an A+.

Unfortunately, I needed my phone repaired. Thankfully, these technicians know what they're doing. I was promised it would be ready within 4 hours, and it was. However, there was a delay on them releasing the phone due to some discrepancy with Samsung itself. Malik, the manager, advocated on my behalf and got the phone released after only a two-hour delay. The phone is like new. I hope not to have the need to return but I will if needed.....Update: The above is a reflection of my first ever visit. I've visited twice more, and it's been downhill since. Maybe that 5/5, is just not sustainable. The girl at the counter is highly incompetent. The waiting line just grows because of her, and no other worker will come to the counter to shorten the wait.

5 Star service from the best technician Elliot . Fixed a long standing issue in minutes quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend and will be doing business in the future.
