Get everything you need here at a great price, I think the size of the store is why you can find something for any occasion, here is the mermaid party stuff we got.

It's a big store, so they have a variety of stuff. I was looking for a 21 birthday card for my daughter, and they were about to close. The lady told me that she couldn't help me because an outside company handles that. I'm on the fence on how I feel about that statement. Isn't it her job to sell the merchandise period. Why does one vendor matter from another their all vendors in some way or another. Idk, on the other hand, although I felt like she was giving me the brush off because they were closing in 15 minutes.

Got all the supplies I needed for my daughters birthday, I scheduled a pick up and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I will note that they had to swap a balloon out for my order, BUT they supplemented it with extra balloons so no harm no foul.

Our grandkids LOVED this place. You're allowed to take pictures with their displays which are animated and stunning. Great sales staff, great selection of Halloween costumes and more. Plenty of free parking.

The place to go for balloons. A dollar store is ok, but it is worth the extra few dollars to get them at Party City. Always great holiday items.

There was a miscommunication about a balloon pickup date, coupled with a failure on my part to notice that the pickup date on the receipt was wrong. The store no longer had the Harry Potter balloon set, but came up with an acceptable (indeed, creative) solution with cheerfulness and promptness. I was expecting a fight, and got good old-fashioned customer service instead. Cheers to the team working early on a Sunday morning.

Went to the party at Central Ave. "Free Parking". picked up an Awesome Gift for my son's 10thbdy. It's really for Halloween 🎃 decor but had to get!!!! Venom Doorknocker and he speaks.

I purchased a huge Sweet 16 balloon and a set of regular balloons for my daughter on March 24th as of today May 7 the big balloon is still floating in her room. Thank you for suggesting I get the special air for her balloons. God Bless you all.

Tom, the store manager, is excellent. Anytime we’ve had issues with anything, including balloons, he has gone above and beyond to fix the problem. I was shocked. He actually cares about making it right. That’s why we come back to his store even though it’s not the closest

This is the first time I've been to Party City since they relocated to the old movie theatre and I must say I was in complete awe!!! The place is gorgeous and huge!!! Fully stocked not an empty space on the shelf, Extremely clean, really tall aisles and bright colors all over, which make you feel like a kid in a candy store. It is really beautiful. A young lady, I wish i could remember her name but i think she was a manager, she helped me find everything, quickly and shared party stories. The downside was I literally was in line for 20 or 30 minutes. They had only 1 cashier and several customers had large orders for balloons that they were placing. The associate kept me distracted from the long wait by engaging in conversation which was a plus we shared some laughs. When i first came in I asked an associate for balloon inserts so you don't have to tie the balloon, she said they didn't sell that. But I'm like she cannot be serious as many balloons as you sell that you don't have the inserts. Then was assisted and found everything and even spent more money because the girl was very nice and pleasant. My cashier was very pleasant as well. Thumbs up Party City way better service than when they were located across the way

Love this party city. Is clean. Some friendly people. Prices not to bad. This place is huge lots of room to run around. The workers there allow me to be me to have fun looking at and trying out different items. I take me kids there and we always have the greatest times. They have a ramp for people in wheel chairs to go up. The store is big enough for their chairs to get around from place to place. Love it

Great customer service definitely coming back. Everyone very helpful store impressively organized. So happy got what I was looking for thanks to the manager and staff.

Candy has gotten very expensive along with everything else. At least the environment was fun and the lines moved quickly.

Delivery to my child's school was flawless. Every item delivered intact and on time for the party. I did nothing but choose, tap, click send... effortless party. Thank you Party City.

Personally really dislike the concept of party City, but if one were inclined, this is a good place. Has large selection of balloons and plastic table wear. Clean rows fully stocked with toys and candy. Interesting store, converted from a movie theater. Staff is friendly.

Easy party supply store! I had literally no time to gather items for a last minute cocktail party for 100 and Party City had everything I needed and then some - I bought too much and was able to return the items that I didn't need or use with no hassle. The staff was very helpful too!

I needed to pick up table decorations and balloons for a friends birthday dinner. They have everything you could possible need and the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s my go to party planning store.

Overall really good store, all items are almost always on stock and the lines are usually decent. I just wish the customer service was a little better, Specially the one from my supervisor.

To the reviewer below, I've always been asked if I wanted to upgrade. Also, it'a nothing to do with the actual helium. The high float you can pay extra for is a spray they spray into the balloons with the helium. It's supposed to extend the balloons even longer. Even when I don't get that, the balloons stay inflated forever. The weather also has something to do with it, but they usually inflate right back up when they get inside.

This place is huge. I love this store .they got everything. And everything is so beautiful.
