I had such an awesome experience with Varum. I came in to erase my old phone which should have been fine when I purchased my new phone. He went above and out of his way to save me money, and I actually got a new watch. I’ve never had so much service, attention and respect by one employee so much. Not only that, but I came in at 10 of seven. He is supposed to leave at seven and he stayed till almost 8 to straighten everything out for me. I cannot say enough about this gentleman. I trade in and transferring the new phone. I felt sorry it took so long.After that she helped each password for log in and she did everything what I asked. I really appreciate her service and thank you !!

I had great experience with associate. He took the time to explain the phone to me and said that I could contact him for additional help. Also, he stayed after hours on a rainy day to answer my concerns.

I went to ask about upgrading my phone and decided against it but the customer service rep took a look at my plan and figured out a way for me to save money on my monthly bill. I left there a very happy customer!

This is the spot to go. Easy in and out and the staff (the one Verizon team member) did an amazing job. She not only got us taken care quickly but was also working with 2 other customers. Multi-tasking at its finest. She new all the answers to out questions and helped us get on a plan that was cost effective and even cheaper then what we were paying. She was awesome!

My family and I had one of the most enjoyable experiences at the Verizon store in Haymarket. Varun, helped us from beginning to end helping us to switch from AT&T to Verizon and getting new phones. He is extremely sharp and knowledgeable and was beyond kind, helpful and most of all patient. In addition, in our past, getting new phones has always been a long and painful process taking many hours on a given day. He helped make our transitions quick and accurate and was available to troubleshoot any problems we ran into in the follow on days. He is probably one of the finest salespersons we have ever had the privilege of dealing with. He deserved to be recognized among his peers. Verizon, thank you for a great and wonderful experience.

Amazing customer service. Walked in for a phone upgrade and was out within minutes… as I was there a lady walked in with a gmail issue and even though it wasn’t a phone or Verizon issue, he took care of her and got her situated and on her way. HIGHLY Recommend
