The service was amazing! It feels not only fresh but comforting to come to this fantastic resturant! The food was 10/10 and satisfied my every desire. Overall, I would categorize my experience as welcoming, tasteful, and worth every cent.

Fresh hot food with good service. Just didn't like all the birds on the side of the building. Worried that the wind would carry bird poop on me.

We're not big on burgers joints, but Wendy's always has good food and fries (when you can find one opened inside). This one had a really nice young guy employee who was very happy and helpful. This made the visit 1000% better....

Went through drive thru. The lady was very kind and even though they were out of something she made sure to recommend something similar which we got. The food was fresh and hot!

Super friendly staff. Even tested them by having to modify my order at the drive-thru and they made the changes with no problems at all. Order was received hot and as I ordered. Would recommend to anyone. UPDATED 2/29/24....Ordered single burger with cheese and fries. Burger was cold, while fries were hot. Order was correct and staff was very friendly. Only issue was a really cold burger.

I like this new Wendy's design. Wendy's app deals all month for Dave's singles and doubles was just too good to pass up

Burger was good, but fries were downright scraps. Also, Coke Zero and cherry flavor was out in the Coke Freestyle dispenser. They simply were not busy enough for so many different drink selections to be out.

This is a pretty good Wendy's, the workers are friendly and were patient with me when I was trying to figure out what I wanted. I ended up getting the western avocado salad I believe it's called, anyway it was super super good and I really enjoyed the freshness of it all. I got some food for my boss and he thought it was really good too, he got this big bag meal. The only thing I didnt like is that their salads are $7ish dollars and that's kinda pricey for a salad! But I will say that it was big and was super good, and despite the price i am considering buying it again because it tasted good. Over all a nice place, and would recommend plus go to again. Enjoy!

The Wendy's fast food restaurant in Leeds, Alabama is the best out of all the Wendy's locations in the greater Birmingham area. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is always fresh and delicious. You can't go wrong with their burgers and frosties! I highly recommend checking out this location if you're looking for a great meal and a great experience.

Really busy and apologetic for being slow.i was polite back and the manager gave me my meal for free. It pays to be nice to others when they're struggling.

The new menu at Wendy's is pretty tasty especially the hot honey chicken sandwich. Food and service for this location was excellent and fast despite dining in, dining room was organized and clean, very nice and much better than most fast food establishments.

Food was fresh as it should be. The only complaint was that the seating area was dirty for it being slow. I would definitely go back. The best Wendy's I have ever been in. Keep up the great job

This Wendy's was the absolute best! Myself, along with my dance students and dance mom, could not have ended our long and tiring dance night any better by stopping here to dine. Which by the way was around 10:00pm. From the patience at the order window, to the quick money and receipt exchange, to the fresh and hot food pickup window, we were entirely pleased. Not to mention, their employee TONY deserves recognition! He was so friendly, insightful, very warm welcoming, and just seemed to be the all-around total package. With our 5 meals, he placed them each in individual bags (all with napkins, yes!), then into one big bag. This is small but was oh so appreciated when you have 3 kids in the back of the car! It allowed for us all to know quickly which was which and provided easy cleanup by the big bag becoming our car trashcan. It's people like TONY who give fast food a great name. Thank you TONY for your wonderful customer service and beautiful smile!

After a dismal Pell city visit I went to moody. The volume of the box was great as was the service. I asked for the manager, Blake. And praised him and his crew! After the Pell city experience I was questioning whether I was ever going to one again.

The manager Theresa seems to bend over backwards for customers... she went above and beyond treating me and 3 other soldiers to a meal after we had a long day... everything came out just as ordered and quickly. We really appreciate all of the staff and their support.

This place was so good I actually came back to biggie bags are AWESOME! Also the two workers "Nick" and Snoop was hardworking and very nice!

Fresh, hot food. Everything was perfect. Clean inside and restroom. Friendly staff. Food was hot and very good. Freshly prepared. We had chili, taco salad, a Son of Baconator and a Double Wendy. The salad was crisp and fresh. My wife wouldn't share a bite with me. The chili was piping hot. Veggies on burgers were wonderful. Wife especially mentioned how good the tomatoes were on her saled.

To start with the service was outstanding..... The young lady taking our order at the drive-thru was amazing, the best at any drive-thru I've ever been through. The service at the window was great. The food was delicious.

Very clean inside of location, actually one of the cleanest I’ve been inside of in Alabama. The staff members were very cautious, food was hot when I ordered it and I was in and out quick! 10/10!!
