Arby's

This was my first time going to this Arby's and I was shocked at how much cozier it looked compared to the one closer to my house.

The workers were really nice and our food was made really well. Definitely a really good experience.

I give this one five stars cuz when we broke down this restaurant gave us free meals cuz I left my money

Husband and me had a great experience at rhe Arby's 9n Manheim Pike , very clean inside , as well food freshly made and the employees was very pleasant , will go back again as well refer people to go to that Arby's

Always fantastic food. Had a long day and didn’t realize they closed early, showed up at 4 minutes til close and (c’mon, y’all know when it’s closing time, we’re outta there), the gentleman working the cash register was so nice and the food was perfect, orders were correct and they even started their fryer to make us food. That is exceptional service in my opinion and certainly worth the 5 stars. Thanks guys!

Dining room is open. The service was awesome and the food was great. Took a soccer team here for dinner after a great win. Thank you Arby's for the great time at your store.

Finally got to try the Wagyu burger! It was juicy, flavorful, large & satisfying! A very nice combination with the meat, sauce, veggies & roll. At $6.50 it's worth the money. They have the small strawberry & peach lemonades at $1, which are a good value. Only negative was the cold fries.
I would recommend burger aficionados to give the Arby's Wagyu burger a shot!

This is the first time that I visited this location inspite of the fact that I pass it once or twice a day going into or coming out of Manheim. The staff were very kind and courteous and let me know that my order would take an additional 5 minutes owing to the fact that they are still establishing themselves in the area and tweaking their on hand food items to reflect actual customer demand. My food while being also instantly ready was piping hot and the fries appeared to have just been pulled from the fryer. You really have to give this branch a try, you'll be glad you did!

Excellent wings best we have had and we love wings. Way better than wild wings and always the best roast beef sandwich around. Just keep Arby's sauce in stock and we'll be happy.

Arby's is always great!! Got a small root beer float that was on sale for only $1.00. Tasted so good and was so refreshing in this heat. Might just go for another before their sale ends!! Great inexpensive treat for families to enjoy!!

I did not catch the employees name but let me tell you he is a STAR. Very personable, and well mannered, you’re awesome dude! (Longer hair, drive thru)

Had such great service. EVERYONE is so friendly and management is GREAT! I had ordered my meal and it was ready before I paid for it! Talk about fast food! Their store is so clean I will definitely be coming back there!

Great location in Manheim, PA. Team members have been extremely personable and quick to help my wife and I when ordering. Food has arrived hot and fresh everytime we have been. Great fish sandwich currently being advertised. A great improvement over the other options in the area.

Building is brand new and looks gorgeous inside and out.

I don't eat at Arby's for atmosphere

I went to the new location in Manheim PA the second day it was open with 3 other co-workers. We went inside and placed orders to go because the drive thru was backed up. I ordered the Classic Roast Beef 1/2 meal. When I got back to the office and unwrapped the sandwich it was covered in the cheese sauce. After eating at Arby's for many, many years throughout the country I know that this is not the way the sandwich comes. Since there is no local number listed anywhere for that Arby's I had to contact the 800 number and explain to them what had happened. They did send me a "Let me make it right" card, but it no where nears covers the amount of my original purchase. I'm sure it was someone in training that made that mistake, and that type of stuff happens. I am disappointed that I will not get the original order replaced, and I don't have a way to contact the location directly to speak with a manager. I will still give the 5 stars and mark it up to a training mistake.

I had the 2 1/2 ponders roast beef and curly fries and my wife had the classic roast beef and white cheddar Mac. Everything was great 👍 awesome job thanks 😊

The Gentleman that took my order at the counter was very attentive to my order and asked the right questions. He was polite and gave me his full attention. Very important.

The varieties of meats are amazing, they also have seasonal sandwiches. My buddies and I love the sliders especially for the price of $1 between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
