I just visited the Manheim Verizon store. The crew was exceptionally helpful. I was very impressed with their work ethic and customer service. In an aged where all you get is recordings it's great to have experts who will take the time and actually value customer servicequality care. care.

I am not tech savvy, so I needed someone to switch things to a new phone and not talk down to me because of my lack of cellphone knowledge. So, I was leery when I went into the store because of some bad experiences at other locations. Nate was fantastic!!! He totally understood what I needed, did not talk down to me, explained some new features to my understanding, and treated me very respectfully. He is a very fine representative of your store and provided outstanding customer service to this old lady! We'll be back in a few days to pick up the phone he ordered for my husband. Way to go, Nate!

Will was willing to stay late to take care of a new phone set up for myself and my husband even though he had plans. He was the only one working and had three customers waiting for his attention within the small time before closing. Really appreciated him going the extra mile with a smile! He was also able to answer all the questions and tech details we had!

I went to the Manheim Verizon store today for some technical assistance regarding my phone. Greg gave excellent service! He was friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. Not being technically savvy, I have been to the Manheim store for technical assistance with my phone several times in the past few years. The staff has always been helpful. Thank you Greg!

Customer service is second to none! Greg is very pleasant and informative. I did not feel pressured and he did a great job explaining the details of the various options. I would absolutely refer a friend and be a repeat customer!

I had to have my phone replaced, and when I got it in the mail we took it to the Verizon store to have them set it up for me. They are always super helpful and are very knowledgeable. Nathan was our salesperson!

Awesome customer service. We came in at 5:30 on a Sunday to restore a phone and Monica was in the middle of a customer. Not only was she providing exceptional service to both customers, it’s now 6:45 and she’s still taking care of us. They close at 6:00 on Sundays. Thank you Monica for helping us and the upgrade. Bryan S. at the Manheim Verizon store yesterday (Tues.) was incredibly helpful and went beyond the call of duty for me. He fit me in at Ubreakifix so my phone could get traded in, did the work while I was there for a couple hours, and stayed a little past closing to get my phone synced and switched to the new one. He was very patient and courtious. Grade A service, will be returning for more phone needs.

Recently went to upgrade a phone I had for 6 years, Evan was great he actually sold me my first smartphone 6 years prior, so helpful and patient ,even checked my plan and saw we could go a bit lower with data and save money each month, took his time so I understood everything. A few weeks after getting the phone had some small issues went back in and Evan again was very accommodating and showed me how to correct a few things, great staff. This store actually gave me $70.00 more for my trade in than Elizabethtown.

Excellent service! Sue and Evan helped us set up our new plan and switch over our phones from Sprint. They did a great job importing all our info onto our new phones and made the transition of piece of cake.
