After seeing posts and reviews on Facebook I messaged Matthew regarding our need for a Queen bed and mattress. We set up an appointment and WOW were we pleased. We were greeted by Matthew and his wife at their Milton DE location and they went over and above any salesperson we’ve ever dealt with. enjoyable, professional and price was Perfect. These guys are awesome! Matt and Nick were wonderful. Buying a mattress is such an important investment, and they understand that. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. They offer different buying options which was lovely. They were honest, genuine, funny, and really knew their stuff. I felt super comfortable with them and that made the process even easier!! Same day delivery- chef’s kiss! I even got to learn some new mattress terms. These two should have their own show!

Absolutely the best experience with purchasing our new mattress. We set up an appointment with Matt to get information and try out some mattresses. Matt was so personable, informative and honest. The store has no fancy setup or marketing signs, but the way Matt made you feel welcome, far outways any of the "fancy" big mattress stores. Highly recommend setting up an appointment and see what Matt can do for you and your back!

Had a GREAT experience purchasing a Puffy mattress. This is the only place in my area to actually see it. There was an online package included that I didn't even know about that we were given. Would highly recommend checking here for any mattress/furniture needs. We will definitely be back!

I was so lucky to get my mattress from Matt at Mattress by Appointment! I was able to get my dream mattress for a fraction of the cost. We were visiting from out of town and needed a new mattress to sleep on at our daughter’s house in Lancaster. Matt was able to meet with us right away and helped us decide on the correct mattress to suit our needs from a great selection. No rushing us and no high pressure sales pitch. Matt helped us load the mattress in our truck, too. We love our new mattress and are looking forward to many more nights of comfortable sleep when we visit. What a great experience getting a mattress from Mattress by Appointment. The team here was very helpful and easy to deal with. Making the appointment was easy and met our time and schedule expectations. Price was fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Ordered a king and 2 queen mattress from Mattress by Appointment in Manheim, PA. Matt was amazing to work with. Knowledgeable about everything in the store and helped me narrow down options until I found my perfect fit. They were delivered yesterday. Not only did he arrive early, he also carried them upstairs and offered to set them up. My daughters and I slept wonderfully last night. And, he had the best prices in town!! I highly recommend purchasing your next mattress from this store.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. In less than an hour, I had walked in, picked a mattress, have it delivered and my old one taken away. Matt was very accommodating and very nice! It was a simple and easy process. It was my first time buying a mattress and Matt was great at making it easy and simple.
