McDonald's

I would like to say that last night 12/02/23 around 9:45pm I stopped for some food. I had been at the emergency room with a family member and hadn't eaten.
I ordered a large fries and double quarter pounder.
It was not very busy at that time of night it took a little bit. The young men working there were very nice and I drove off with my food.
To my surprise when I reached into the bag my fries were piping hot and had been salted to perfection.
When I arrived home the burger was also prepared fresh and perfect.
This was the best McDonald's meal I have been served in many years.
Just wanted to let those young men and the owners know.
These items were prepared like the employees made this meal for themselves and was an unusually great experience.
Thanks for some young employees who still care.

This 5* goes to the young man that took my order at 7:30pm on 9/30/23 in the drive thru at the Manheim, PA location. Trying to be specific because I didn't get his name and he deserves credit for being the friendliest, nicest person I've heard work the drive thru in a long long time. He's very mannerly and pleasant and I hope the higher ups see this and do something nice for him. That kind voice lifted my spirits and he deserves praise

The staff was quick friendly and attenative order was hot & correct! Ate inside and the tables and floors were spotless!

We have not previously visited this McDonald's location before this visit. In fact, it has been over two years since we have been *IN* a McDonald's. We ordered custom burgers so we naturally had to wait for them. The dining room was pretty much spotless. All the employees we spoke with were friendly and helpful and our orders were made exactly correct.

Amazing customer service here! Also the cleanest McDonald's we have ever been to. The staff was cleaning the lobby the whole time we were here eating. Well stocked and everything we got was hot and fresh. We will definitely be coming back.

The district manager Meagan was great!! We work at the IU and wanted to get free fries for the kids on free fry day. She went above and beyond to help us. She was so nice and it helped us so much!! She was incredible! Thank you Meagan!

I have never been to a McDonald's that actually cared about the customer experience. I was greeted politely at the drive through and my order was right! At the window I was again greeted politely and the employees were extremely nice. This McDonald's customer service has outdone every other McDonald's I have been to.

I am always treated well there, sometimes it can be difficult to get food, but don't blame management they are busting their asses to satisfy the customers. The problem lies in the employees who don't care because they always call off and leave the rest of the crew trying to cover. They can't replace them easily because there isn't anyone out there who cares about the job. What's funny is people will wait in line for 30 minutes for a farmshow milkshake or 1 hr in line for a 3 min ride, but not 10-15 min for a meal.

The dude behind the register was the same dude who assisted the cooks and the same dude that took care of the drinks and curbside service and when I pulled up to the pickup window... Yup, you guessed it! It was the same dude. He handed my bag off with a smile and the dude reminded me not to pull away without my drink. Fries were fresh af and my royal with cheese had no onions or pickles just as I requested. I would hire that dude any day of the week.

We eat a lot at McDonald's. The fries are great and usually hot. But take home does not stay warm enough and has to be reheated in the microwave. The staff is very friendly especially Tabitha who waited on us today at lunch time.

Great fries ! Kids play area... large free easy access parking area. Handicap parking and access to public restrooms with handicap bathroom and stalls. Wheelchair accessible. Fresh hot food made your way. Drive through window.

This McDonald’s closes at 11 every night, it might seem as if it’s open, simply because the second shift is there cleaning, restocking, etc. the McDonald’s employees will usually not have a headset on that lets them know theres a costumer at any drive through lanes, hence the reason people sit at the drive through for a long period of time before realizing that the restaurant is closed. there is a lot of new people at this McDonald’s, so have some patience. ❤

There's a good many reasons why you should dislike fast food. The quality, the cleanliness of the facility, or just the overall experience. However this particular restaurant strives to squash the stereotypes. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, accurate and fresh as possible, all while maintaining the "fast" portion of their food service. I have personally lived in the Lititz area for a long time and have seen this place go through many variations of management, but the consistancy of the way they manage it has alwayz been beyond satisfactory. I highly reccomend them not so much for the same sandwhich you can get across the street, but for the effort and enjoyability they put into their service.

Don't knock fast food unless you have tried it..
If you think that you can do better put an application in and help out... try making 25 egg mcmuffins in 90 seconds. If you haven't noticed McDonald's is no longer just fast food. Curbside

Good food. Clean amd neat. Have great customer service. Great food to choose from. Always hot when you get it. Great choices and prices. They also have healthy things to choose from. Bathrooms are very clean. Resturant is great clean place to bring the family for any time of the day. Like, a snack, lunch, dinner, late night snack.

The best customer service ever, I never been in a mc Donald’s with a better customer service.

This place needs some better lighting at night in their signage so people know their open. McFlurry is always the bomb! Thanks to staff in working with me to customize my McFlurry and give my vanilla ice cream a bit of chocolate flavor and color! Hats off to you youngins' for making it happen!

I came to McDonald's and M.J. the Manager jonathan and bianca were all so kind friendly and i am a veteran and they actually gave me the Veterans discount i would definitely recommend this mcdonalds to everyone the place was clean and the bathrooms were spotless.They are about customer satisfaction above and beyond the call of duty thanka again M.J. Great menu!!! Awesome food!! I had a bacon bleu burger.. Amazing!!! Friendly waitress!!! Been going here when I'm in the area for years. Usually on way home from camping or Roots farmers market...
