Always helpful and friendly and can find my mail. So happy we were transferred to this post office. Love the riddles too!

I love my Postal workers because they do the best they can with what they have to work with. Its hard to run a race when you have been knee capped by a Post master whose goal is to disrupt the flow of mail for political purposes. The Post office is the oldest government agency its been around since the 1800's.The postal workers at Walled lake do their jobs and do their best to carry on the proud tradition of our post offices. "THE MAIL MUST GO THRU"! Thank you all for your service.

I spoke to the nicest man working at the Walled Lake Post Office branch today. He did the nicest thing. I ordered something from china for my daughter for Christmas. It’s a nail kit. Big mistake!! The company I ordered from messed up the address completely. They didn’t even have a city written on the label. Anyway the man working at this branch found the package!! Then he said he would deliver it tomorrow. But I just got home from work and it was on my porch! I don’t know how this post office got such a low rating because the service I dealt with today was top notch. I wish I would have gotten his name but he really relieved a lot of stress by figuring out this mess of an order I had. Thank you so much!!

Monica helped me today and she was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful!

My mail box at work was not opening, problems with the key going in the lock. I called the post office and within 1/2 hr. they had sent their repairman and he replaced the lock and gave me 3 new keys for it. Very fast and efficient for their repairs!

Paul, Tiffany and the other friendly staff at this location always take care of me and ensure I'm getting the best bang for my buck shipping out various sizes packages for my small business. I always appreciate and enjoy seeing them, makes my trips to the post office less daunting and actually enjoyable!

First time visiting this location and was greeted kindly and the service was quick. Inside is also clean and well organized. Note: my visit was ~1pm on a Thursday

Had a wonderful experience today, never have had any issues here. The clerk had a wonderful attitude, somehow even got me to buy Star Wars stamps I didn’t need!!

The staff at the Walled Lake branch are always pleasant, professional and very helpful. I appreciate them.

Came in today to drop off a few eBay packages, Robert was awesome and helped me package up my stuff and was very nice. I recommend this place, Robert is killing it!

I dropped a review the other day, but after being in there today and how helpful they were, they may have bad days, they're only human. They are pretty nice if you give them a chance.

I had a package delivery issue. I called this location and spoke to Christina. She was very sweet and helped me resolve my problem in a matter of minutes!
