Very quick and efficient. Was greeted with a smile and great customer service every single time I dropped a package off.

Absolutely sick and tired of the negligence with this post office. They said there was no access to the delivery location when it was 45° out, it's 2024 I have a camera and can prove they had full access. They shove packages so far and so hard into my mailbox that I have had to wrestle them free, bending packages that clearly say DO NOT BEND, I have even had mail delivered splattered in dirt and mud. Lazy, shoddy work.

When you have a local office that doesn't know USPS regulations life is hard. Regulations say the floor of the lowest mailbox in a cluster box setup is 28 inches above the ground, mine is 18 inches off the ground. Might as well just dig a hole and throw it in there.

Post office was contacted yesterday about a package that was returned to the office. Let them know we would be in to pick up the package. By the time I got here today they had already sent it back to the sender. No point in talking to them at all. They just do what they want. I asked if I could make a complaint and all the lady said was well my boss isn't here and I don't know who you talked too. So just a heads up, Portland post office has no idea what's going on in there.

Went to the post office because my informed delivery said I should have gotten my W2 weeks ago. It never showed up. When I talked to the women at the post office she said I had to wait 30 days. Turns out they returned it to sender even though my address was correct.
They make sure I get my junk mail but the important stuff not so much. Can't wait to move and hopefully have a more trustworthy postal service.

3/30/2020 went to the Portland post office today for the first time.... Wow. The staff was absolutely rude, hostile, and vulgar; loudly complaining, talking about the people in the lobby, swearing, And much more. She really made it clear she hated her job. I'm beyond disgusted by the local post office employees behavior.
