Damn Good. Period. The entire experience is stamped into my memory and I am extremely happy about it. I've eaten all over the USA- one of the best Filet's I've had. I'm a Texan that owned a BBQ place - I have had beef from ALL over. Our Server Joey absolutely knows how to take outstanding care of people. I really liked that guy. My wife and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary - Joey really made our visit memorable. He knew the menu and gave rock solid advice. Did I say I am so happy we went to the Reef? Go Eat - ask for Joey.

Shannon and Jack were great bartenders. Excellent service. If you like salmon, try the Gravlax appetizer. And the Crab Florentine Benedict with claw and lump meats was better than it even sounds. Yvonne had 3 Bloody Mary’s since she isn’t driving. She said it was the best she ever had.

Absolutely love this restaurant! Went here for my birthday and had the best experience I think I’ve ever had eating out. From the view to the food and even the service was top notch! Will be returning and bringing family from out of town next time we visit. I ordered the shrimp and lobster risotto, chorizo empanadas, chocolate cake, key lime pie, caramel cheesecake and bread pudding. Every single thing was delicious!! 10/10

Went there with my book club for dinner. Probably not the best place to have a discussion with 11 women due to high ceilings and crowd noise but the food was amazing and the service was just as good. Our waiter Zachary never wrote down one item yet delivered all drinks and food as ordered. He’s a magician! I had the lobster and shrimp risotto which came with a whole lobster tail and a lot of shrimp! It was delicious. My friend had the scallops which were amazing as well. Everyone enjoyed their food! Can’t wait to go back.

A great dining experience! Joey our server was so lively and fun he truly seemed to love his job and had great recommendations, he made the experience so memorable. The mussels as an appetizer are a must! The grouper and surf and turf were delicious. Dessert was just as good.

I came in very late, close to closing which I hate doing. I was greeted with a smile and was asked if I would mind sitting at the bar which I was happy to do. Service was impeccable, food was fresh and delicious and overall experience was phenomenal. I was not made to feel rushed and was treated kindly. I was starving from driving all day, fresh seafood was what I needed!

Great spot. Foods good, wont rock your wold but its priced fair for being on the beach and its certainly fresh. The chowder was phenomenal though. Really no complaints. I see some low reviews, id you come to st Augustine and eat on the beach to order chicken waffles. Thats your fault.

I was first here in late 90's and have been back half a dozen times. Now 2024 and as good as ever. The location, service, overall atmosphere is so special. I can't wait to be back - and I will be even though located 12+ hours away. Server tonight was Cristal and she was great. Mussels appetizer yum. All the fresh fish choices are delicious and grilled and expertly sauced.

Love The Reef! It’s on the only ocean view restaurant on the magnificent Vilano Beach. I always sit outside with the ocean view to accent my meal. I usually eat here monthly, today for lunch we enjoyed a pretzel crusted fried chicken salad and their hamburger, then a romantic stroll on the beach. Fantastic as always. Pelicans regularly offer a fly over to add to the enchantment. All seafood offerings are top shelf!

Stopping by for a short period, just picked this place at random while out riding.

The location is super cool, and had comfortable outdoor seating. I've never been to the coasts before so it was a novel experience that was very pleasant.

I ordered an appetizer, entree, and desert. All of which were phenomenal and worth their price. My server was extremely attentive and polite, I'd go back just to tip him again.

Absolutely delicious! We always come by when we are in town.

This past visit I had to Grilled Seafood Trio, the scallops were so good buttery soft.

Fried Shrimp and Fish and chips are delicious too.

The rice and mashed potatoes are amazing

Everything time we come, we always have a great time and delicious food.

Nothing nice to say about the service cuz you'll wait about an hour and a half when there's 10-15 empty tables ready because they don't have enough staff. You'll also sit and wait for your food about 30 to 45 minutes. However, the food is amazing, especially the brunch free Mimosa with the brunch and you cannot beat the view of Vilano Beach!

Happened to come up on this cute restaurant so we stopped by for lunch. Shrimp and grits are fantastic! We sat outside. The view and atmosphere was great. Our sever he was great. Highly recommend

What a wonderful experience! Took my Dad for his 85th birthday and my Mom and Wife for a belated Mother's Day lunch. Joey was our waiter, and he was on point with everything. The food was beautiful and delicious. Joey was halarious and fun to have around the table. My father's only request for his 85th was a good Fish N Chip meal. He was thrilled when he saw the plate. The complimentary desert for my Dad was bread pudding. When Joey sat it down, he set up 4 spoons. My dad grabbed up our three spoons and said, "What the hell are you thinking? It's not thier birthday". We all started laughing, and Joey was almost on the floor laughing. Great day for our family.

Very happy with service and the food. Server was very attentive and the food came out hot and in a timely manner. Very tasty and good comfort food. Had the best view sitting out side on the deck looking at the ocean. Will be back again.

Love this restaurant, I go to the beach and then there, good prices for being a beach front restaurant, the crowd is older people just keep that in mind if you are looking for fun atmosphere, this is a more chill place.

Best service, food and atmosphere. Greg, our server, was the best we have had in St Augustine. Attention to detail, fun conversation, amazing food all while sitting Oceanside listening to the waves and enjoying the sea breeze. This is going to be our go to place going forward. And can’t thank Greg enough for wonderful service. It really capped off the entire experience.

What a great restaurant. The food was amazing. Come hungry because there's so much food. We had the coconut shrimp. Okay, I've been to over 300 restaurants and these were the best shrimp ever. These shrimp were close to colossal. My girlfriend had the crab cake and that too was good. She also had the Pretzel Crusted Fried Chicken Salad. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The grilled Seafood Trio is more than plenty. Great taste!! The scallops were my favorite. We watched the moon over the ocean. If you're looking for a great restaurant with quality food and great service this is the place to reserve. Make sure to ask for military discount.

The food and staff is very good and friendly, the view to the sea is fantastic 🥰, if we are around at St Augustine we will return
