Our kids love Lindsey Optical. They have a beautiful office, knowledgeable staff, and their optometrists are first rate. Although my daughter abhors the eye drops, the staff went out of their way to comfort her and ensure she was squared away. Pay no mind to the negative reviews, people love to complain about anything these days. We highly recommend these optical professionals, come see them today.

The only place to go in Princeton for an eye exam. Staff is friendly and professional. Doctors are great. I saw Dr. Cole and not only did he give me a great eye exam, but he was very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend.

Wonderful office. All of the staff is very friendly. The doctors were all very nice. Even the doctor I wasn't seeing for my exam spoke to me and asked how I was doing. All of the staff seems very knowledgeable about any aspect of the office. It was such a pleasant experience. I can't imagine going anywhere else from here on out. I'll now look forward to my yearly eye exam. 😊

I broke my glasses while traveling. I walked in without an appointment or even calling ahead. Twenty minutes later I walked out with fixed glasses at no charge. They couldn't have been nicer.

Very professional. The doctor I see is great. He takes his time, and tries his best to answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend them.

Is this place even open anymore? I've called multiple times for several days to make an appointment, no one answers the phone.

Not friendly, they couldn't charge an insurance card correctly. Lies to scam you out of extra money. Can't ever answer their phone

I've seen Dr Scott Capenter for appx 10 years. I've never been treated more rudely by office staff then recently. As soon as I walked through the door, the older lady that works the front immediately had an attitude. Almost like me coming in was bothering her even though I had an appointment. She didn't accept my insurance BCBS and proudly yelled it out loud. Even tho she made no attempts to verify insurance or benefits before giving me this information and the whole office. Then she proceeds to tell me an office visit is $180. Just lost buisness of a whole family including grandparents.

I’ve called several different times this week, 8 times today and I cannot get and answer.

They had to do a little adjustment on my glasses and they destroyed my glasses and are not willing to make things right
