Polynesian Pool & Spa

We just got our pool done by Polynesian Pool and Spa. So... the million dollar question is would I get it build again by this company. And... the answer is big YES!!!!!. Everything went smooth and delivered a good quality pool to us.
Kids love the pool!!!! Wife loves the pool !!! And that's what matters to me.
Special thanks to James from here for making things smooth and answering our questions.

After calling numerous local spa dealers looking for a hot tub heater replacement I called Polynesian Pools. The fella that answered informed me the element was easily replaceable and about 1/3 the cost of a new heater. He offered some installation tips and tricks and had the part in stock! I was truly impressed. Excellent service and a very fair price.

Polynesian pool was great to work with! They got us on the list right away and had our pool done in 2 weeks and that was with a weather delay. James was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to enjoying our pool all summer long!!

Went in with little info about the filter I needed. I did take some pictures but they were able to find what I needed and got me all set up after asking just a few questions. They have a lot of supplies in stock so you don't get stuck out in the cold by keeping your spa up and running.

The most helpful and educational people when you have no idea how to maintain a hot tub!

This place is hands down the best pool and spa supply store in Grand Rapids! They had a hot tub cover in store when I needed it. Ed did everything he could to make my hot tub dreams come true!

Service was great, my heater went out, they sold me all the right stuff and gave me a through explanation on how to replace parts and how to make sure it worked correctly.
Super impressed with you guys and will return.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We have a hot tub that had a leak, I called and Jake in service was amazing. He had me take pictures, he explained what was wrong, sold me the parts and showed me how to fix it. They could have easily told me they had to come fix it and charge me way more. It's nice to know there are honest people willing to help you and not rip you off. I will definitely go there from now on. Thank you!!!

1st off I never do this but gotta say a great place . They definitely earned my business.
My inground liner popped out and everyone said they couldn't help .
Mike is the only guy that called me back . He explained it was too cold to put new liner in . But to help keep it from caving in he suggested a big tarp with water to get through the winter. Come spring he called and said when it warms up they would be out . Crew arrived at 8am today and pool was filling up by 2 .
Very hard workers, so I tipped very good, another thing I never do .
I highly recommend this place .

Went in with a bad pump and impeller housing off a very old discontinued spa. Jake and his team were super helpful they didn't quit until they came up with a solution that worked for me while I waited. Ed who works upfront thank you for taking good care of me also. I will be back for all my spa needs top notch service.

These guys are great. I spent all summer last year constantly trying to keep my pool chemicals balanced. Even after taking numerous water samples to another place, buying everything they suggested and following their directions, I couldn't get it under control. The first time I described my issue here, the gentleman was able to tell me what was wrong, how to correct it, and as a result I spent a lot more time enjoying my pool and less time maintaining it this summer. Highly recommend.

I recently needed a repair on my hot tub. Jake, the service manager, came out with
another technician . I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
Jake has the gift of good customer relations. He is a valuable employee in my opinion.
The repair was done quickly but he never made me feel rushed when I asked him a
few questions on the functions of the hot tub.

My pool filter broke two weeks ago, after trying to get other companies to help me I finally gave these guys a call. They came out THE NEXT DAY after I called them and set me up with a new filter. They were also willing to work with my home owners warranty unlike other places, which was a breeze. It was awesome, they even put some chemicals in there to try and get it looking good again before winter. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience. The staff was very helpful and able to get me everything I needed from replacement parts for an old spa filter to an affordable pool solar cover to bulk chemicals. I'll definitely be making Polynesian my go to spot in GR for pool and spa stuff.

We bought our spa here because the prices can't be beat. Very happy with our decision. Update: almost a year later and we still absolutely love this spa. The downside is that it raises our electric bill by $150.00 a month. They are not efficient in the least.

After a year of my hot tub setting broken found these guys. No one would fix it was a big job needed two filter housings changed all of the other hot tub places told me to just get another tub. Not @ Polynesian they had no problem fixing it 2 filter housings and about a dozen jets and a crack in the shell. They fixed it all and still cheaper than replacing it plus i have the hot tub back that my wife and kids love and it is working again. Thanks to these guys happy customer thank you Polynesian pool and spa. John
