Went inside for a quick look at their puppies. The co-workers were super nice and patient with me!! I'll definitely be back if I'm around the area.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got my puppy Xena here, and have had no issues; she's a wonderful addition to our family. Wide selection of pet supplies, along with a very good selection of aquarium supplies and fish.

Price to adopt a dog is very high, but staff is knowledgeable and caring.

I see a lot of negative reviews that were nothing like the experience I have had. I agree with one thing people are saying, and that is that their puppies are overpriced. BUT I did buy a miniature schnauzer here in 2020 and he has been the most perfect dog. Even though he was a lot of money, he was worth it and I do not regret it one bit. When we got him, he was clean, healthy, and well socialized. He will be 3 years old this year and I have had no problems with his health at all. He has always been the same friendly, smart, and well behaved dog since day 1. Everyone loves him, from my Vet, my family, and friends. He is special and I would do it all over again if I could.

Really nice staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Ari in the fish section she helped me decide on my tank and how to take care of it. I really enjoyed the customer service and how she spent time not pressuring me to buy and walk away but to simply guide me thru the fish and showed me more fun animals.

My mother found out new member of the family here. She is the cutest little fur ball. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She fits right into our family.

Great place to find all sorts of puppies. But be prepared to get your checkbook out. Pure bred pups can run from 4-5 thousand dollars.

We adopted a puppy here and had a good experience. All the staff are pleasant and fun. Would adopt from them again.

This place is amazing, I bring my 10 yr old daughter and they allow her to visit with the puppy's, birds, and the assortment of other animals they have. They always have the answers we are looking for and they are always very loving with the animals.

Great store and if you need a puppy fix, you can go in and hold one. Just becareful, you will want them all.

Alexa was Amazing!! I went in for a specific puppy to surprise my mom and she made it happen! Helped with financing, answered all the questions. We had help from like 4 other employees, they all care so much and made this experience so easy! Thank you guys so much!!

Recently Purchased a puppy from this location and had a great experience. It was very busy as usual, but you can understand why they have the guidelines they do. These are tiny babies who need tons of care and attention. They play with tons of customers and obviously stay in kennels that they keep clean. As for the pricing, I have seen pictures of the staff visiting our puppies breeder. Before coming to the store I was on fb looking for a puppy and you can see that their are tons of backyard breeders selling puppies for 600-800 dollars where no one does anything to control that...if you prefer to not get a puppy from a mill, then be willing to pay the price... people spend worse money on worse things.

This review is limited to fish only, since I don't know the details of or have any knowledge of any of their other departments. The fish tanks are very clean, as was the whole store. They have a very nice selection of both fresh and saltwater fish. The girls that helped me were super nice and were knowledgeable. They asked me what size tank I had when I told them what fish I wanted and that is always a good sign, it shows they care about the fish and your success in the hobby. They also had a great selection of medications, water additives, and fish foods. I didn't really look to close at their equipment section but I'm sure they had all the bases covered at least.

Recently took home my third dog from Petland and had a wonderful experience. They always have happy healthy babies and knowledgeable employees. The fish department has a fantastic variety and always has clean tanks and of course very educated employees. Overall always have a great experience here!!

Omg its amazing there cages are open so u can hold any animal u want but the cages are where the animals cant get out and they let u hold the dogs

I've been going to petland for years and my oh my has it changed. Since the new management the people seem to actually have knowledge. the staff are kind and answered any questions i had. The puppies are so cute! and they do sleep since they need rest... just like a child takes a nap during the day. they explained to me how they socialize and i got to play with a cute baby girl husky! as i opened my mind up, i decided to walk to the back of the store and the aquariums were clean and full of life since the last time i was here (1 1/2 years ago). i actually started a saltwater tank. the girls in the aquariums knew so much and i was so surprised to learn so much in one day. i think you have to go for yourself to see what this store has for you. would definitely go again :)

Sam is amazing. Well we didn't buy an animal from here we were very close. The animal was sick and my wife and I decided not to get it. We were issued a full refund of our deposit. While the communication about the animal from employees other than Sam was not adequate. Sam makes up for it.

If you’re looking for a new puppy please go see David! He is super intelligent and helped me find my perfect golden retriever yesterday. He couldn’t be a better fit for my home. I went to the store intending just to play with some puppies (which is the best thing about the store). David answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the entire process and helped me make my decision to take home another puppy. My heart and my home are filled now. I will definitely recommend this store and these employees to anyone looking for a furry friend. David, you rock!

I love petland. Myself and Kelly are there about once a week looking at the puppies. The store itself is spotless very clean for a pet store and the employees are very helpful and courteous and friendly. You can hold a play with the puppies but that just makes you want one, trust me. The only thing is they are a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for, the puppies are all up to date on shots and ready to go to their forever home. If you have the money buy a dog from petland you will not be disappointed. 5 stars all day long.
