Dunkin'

I’m definitely a regular at this location. Bring an east coast native I have high expectations for Dunkin’s and this location is always consistent and dependable. They are fast, they know my name, and the food is hot. 9 out of 10 times the coffee is perfect.

Ordered a Iced Butter Pecan Cappuccino. Better than I expected it to taste.

Amazing Dunkin’ location I received amazing service from Madisan. She was respectful and kind and has amazing customer service. Definitely deserves a raise.

Went through drive thru and the drinks did not taste right the caramel frozen coffee was mostly caramel. Went inside and Nikko made it right. 5 starts for making it right and this refresher is awesome

We come to this Dunkin frequently and they are always very friendly and get our order out quickly! The drinks are very good and you get a good amount for your money.

So glad the old manager is gone, old employees are gone! The new manager is so sweet and I love to see her take control and keep the kids on their feet! Whoever says otherwise is crazy!! I've been to this location several times, both Drive thru and in person, as well as have done orders through the app for pickup. I have not had any issues, staff is friendly, and orders are ready relatively quickly. Sometimes they will be out of certain donuts and you won't be able to tell through the app, but in those situations I've just chosen a different one when I arrive.

Chocolate filled doughnut and their coffee is so GOOD

My experience was excellent this evening. Extremely friendly staff that took care of me at the drive-thru. Drink was perfect. Iced butter pecan coffee YUM! Kudos to this location for turning things around. Bravo!!!

Had one of the best experiences I've had in Cedar Hill for customer service. Idk the names of the other 2 people, but both of them and Sabrina were awesome! Keep up the good work!

I give this place 5 stars just for great customer service and how neat and clean the place was. In my opinion they are a bit pricey and I'm not a big fan of how their food tastes, to be honest I prefer the good old fashion homemade, mom and pop donut shop. You get more bang for your buck and that delicious, fresh, homemade taste. That's just what I prefer. But I would recommend this place. Thanks Dunkin' Donuts!

They make a great cup of coffee and actually have a nice personality at the drive thru.

Still the best place for a good breakfast meal and for ice cream during the day. Still one of my fav’s.

I actually got ice cream at Baskin Robin's. I ordered a warm brownie sundae and it was delicious. The staff was very nice and attentive. I will definitely be going back. I hope they will have chocolate almond in the flavor rotation when I go back 🍨🍫

This visit was for Baskin-Robbins. It was awesome! Associate behind counter answered all our questions and was very friendly. We all enjoyed it.

I love this location. And Precious is my favorite person that works there. She is such a happy person and very sweet and my orders are always made perfect.

I had a very nice experience tonight! It was my First time and I will forsure be going back! The girl attending was very nice and attentive as i added to my order like 3times 😅😅 she was great.And the place was clean and super chill. Great donuts and drinks🙂

The woman at the drive thru was absolutely awesome! When she saw my chihuahua she asked if she could have a puppacino (whipped cream in a puppy sized cup). She was so sweet and fun to talk to! My maharani loved her whipped cream treat and I had a phenomenal brunch. I had to get the pink velvet macchiato which is soooooo good and their cressants are hands down the best anywhere!!
