Storage Sense - Hartselle

Jewels has done a wonderful job helping me establish my account. She's been very helpful. The location is clean and safe conveniently located to Hartselle. I have confidence that my possessions will be in good hands. I highly recommend this location for storage services.

Storage sense is a stream line seamless experience. I was very impressed with how fast and efficient they were. Within 30 mins they had all my documents and storage building ready. Jewels is very professional and informative. They will even bring you water while you are moving your things into your unit if you want.

Jewels was most helpful in helping us move to another unit to help us save money. She was very empathetic to our needs, expediting the transition and making it seamless. Thank you Jewels!

I had a bad experience with south-park storage out of Cullman and moved my things to storage sense in hartselle with no problems at all. Amazing customer service, above and beyond. Even when you’re late management will work with you on keeping the account current with any notes necessary.

I highly recommend renting from Storage Sense in Hartselle if you need a storage unit. The store manager, Jewels, is wonderful and will help you get the size you need. The employees are always friendly, kind, and professional. The office, facility, and units are clean and extremely safe with a locked gate. Codes make access easy with the gate after hours. I love using this storage units there. I have climate control, it's perfect for my belongings. The price is a little high, but it's like everything else. Lights , air isn't cheap. That being said" I love the Staff , Jewels, Annette. They are so friendly, helpful and understanding. If your having a problem or situation. They will work with you. The environment is a feel like your family, it's always clean. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to store their stuff, it's safe. It's a gated place, so your stuff is protected all the time.

Jewels was very friendly and professional. She handled everything speedily and it’s a very nice, clean storage space.

We rented a unit and ended up being to small they got us taken care of quick. They are real good people and help any way they can.

If you need somewhere to store your stuff Storage Sense is the place for you. I have nothing bad to say about the place the staff is friendly, everything is clean, easy access in and out with your security code. They also have different size storage units from little bitty to monster size units. I will continue to use Storage Sense for my stuff.
