The experience was fantastic. I also had some vegan muffins as well can't locate photos. They were delicious as well. The drink was full of life and gave me life!!!

My favorite go to neighborhood spot for the best hand-spun shakes and teas. Airy clean environment with an abundance of affirmations that adorn the walls. Guest service is always top tier. Anything peanut butter is my fave. Stop by and check them out.

An incredible place, in recent weeks I have looked for alternatives or better options for healthy eating. I found this place!

The options are extensive and very delicious. If you like Smoothies, shakes, ice tea, frappes and sweet treats, this place is for you.

Located in an easily accessible point, it is one of the places that you can go to from time to time, or you will go constantly. The options are quite delicious and moisturizing for this summer heat.

I tried 2 frappes and they left me without appetite, I had energy all day and my stomach felt light all day.

This place also makes it unique the way the owner and the people make you feel, a friendly atmosphere and ready for a little chat. I will return the next weekend

The store is scheduled to open every Sunday from September.

Absolutely love this smoothie bar! Had a peanut butter banana blueberry smoothie and Caroline even hooked me up with some extra protein as I had just finished a track workout! Caroline was enthusiastic, professional and made me laugh! Definitely coming back for more!

OMG!! I love this spot. The staff is so friendly and are very knowledgeable about each item on the menu. This is my daughter’s favorite go to spot for a healthy shake since she is lactose intolerant. They have the best patience in the WORLD because my daughter will ask them 50,000 questions and they will answer them all.

Who is Davita!! (Hope I spelled it right!) If you don’t know go find out cause she made the best banana pudding shake ever. No 🧢 as the kids say hands down best club I’ve visited in this area. Was in this area today and used Google for a club that was close. After reading the reviews I was sold on a visit and the 5 stars was very impressive. Worth the drive so I’ll be back soon!

So today I found my happy place, I visited Fortitude Wellness in Cedar Hill and I had a very pleasant experience of soon as I walked in the ambience of the place was just beautiful I like the environment to say to hell I even got to watch some WWE order the Oasis in a small it was really good I don't want that pretty fast and I also ordered the Fortitude Punch for my first time being up there and I even got a protein shake that they personally Made For Me based off of my favorite dessert so otherwise I had a very great experience I had a very great conversation with some of the workers up there it was a nice it wasn't really busy so I was able to have a good time and enjoy a nice drink in before I head to the gym so now I'm going to LA Fitness to test out and see how the protein drink actually works well after doing a workout so I rate this place a five-star and I did see recommend it to others thank you.

When I tell you she needs a whooping because these drinks are AMAZING! I tried it for the 1st time on Saturday and I'm hooked...My God! My God! I used some Non-Sunday school words when I took my first sip because I couldn't even get my words together to form complete sentences. I hate she's closed on Sundays but I understand...Whew Chile I could go on and on about these drinks. I'll be there Tuesday because I have to work on Monday.

Update: came back for the funnel cake the 2 ladies at the front was very helpful and even gave me a sample of the shake before even giving it to me ! Thanks fortitude for making the experience better❤❤❤

Today I tried the cookies and cream smoothie and chocolate protein muffins and it was delish! Thank you for offering healthy shakes and muffins without whey. I will definitely return.

I went here for a shake and tea. The shake was creamy and the punch was delicious. I will definitely be returning.

I visited this nutrition shop for the first time with my fiancé and I absolutely loved the experience that I we had from the shake, teas, and protein muffins. You definitely can tell they are knowledgeable about the products on their menu and did I also say the customer service is amazing!!! We will definitely visit again!!

I just moved to Cedar Hill and I happened to stumble upon Fortitude Wellness, I’m so glad I did!
My Snickers shake was delicious and my tea was amazing. Usually when I get the tea at other locations it’s always watery but this was full of flavor!
I can’t remember her name but the young lady was great and super nice.
I definitely will be going back soon!

This is such a great place for for delicious, healthy drinks. The menu is vast but the staff is extremely friendly and know how to tailor the drink to your taste. Outstanding and delicious!!!

NGL I was skeptical if these teas and shakes would actually taste great while being good for you. Boy was I WRONG! Absolutely delicious and the staff is so friendly and helpful bc I didn’t know what to do or order! Can’t wait to go back soon! Highly recommend and so glad they are here in Cedar Hill!

This place is so great! My drinks are always delicious and made in a timely fashion! The customer service keeps me coming back. The fact that they remember my name and greet me with a smile and conversation is invaluable!

Just left this beautiful place and i ABSOLUTELY LOVED every minute of it from the welcoming staff and conversations.. to the tea they made me today ! They put an energy booster in the tea i ordered because i just got off of work and i was feeling a little tired.. not even 30mins after my drink and i can literally feel it already ! i definitely will tell my friends about this place and i’m most definitely coming again
