Starbucks

I had a really good experience today at about 12 p.m. in the store (1/11). My friends and I went in for the $3 grandes. We ordered from this person at the register. I didn’t catch their name; they wore glasses. They were so sweet, made sure we got our drinks fast, and went out of their way to explain the discount to us. I just want you to know you made all of our days. Thank you!

This particular Starbucks deserves some serious kudos, okay so it's blizzarding hard outside (January 9th 2024 about 6pm) and I NEED MY COFFEE FIX!!!!!! Like seriously badly and I kinda enjoy driving in this anyway so I started calling around and EVERY SINGLE STARBUCKS IS CLOSED!! (I GET IT most hate driving in this stuff), but this location was the only open location in all of Madison! These very kind staff members "Julie and Dylan" (permission to post there names was granted) came in to work make sure I had my caffeine and food fix (it was definitely not super busy there), moreover everyone there was extreamly kind and made sure my order was perfect (it was absolutely perfect / something that is rather uncommon).

So THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME GET MY CAFFEINE FIX!!

SWIFTIE BUCKS! If you love Taylor Swift, come to this Starbucks. I've stopped in on a few Sundays and they've always played a Taylor Swift-exclusive playlist that plays here whole discography, not just the radio hits.

As an establishment in general, it's a great location with a beautiful patio out front. The service is always great. The place is clean and has a nice open concept.

Great location with very friendly staff. Drinks are made right. Never had an issue. The drive through here is tight because the parking lot is so small. Sometimes cars will back out to McKee so if you want your fix during peak, you’ll want to be patient. Line moves as quickly as possible but usually I just turn around.

I love this Starbucks, they're always so wholesome and they almost always get the order right! The girls here seriously deserve a raise!

My friend and I went in to get cake pops and we got three cake pops, one chocolate and two birthday cake. The baristas were super sweet and friendly and when we left we noticed we had received four instead of three so we went back in case it was a mistake. Turns out that it was intentional by the cashier who helped us, they were all super sweet and it made our day.

It used to be our favorite Starbucks when we lived in the area. We stop by every time we have to be back in Fitchburg. Service is always pleasant and coffee is always right :)

I love this Starbucks. The staff is always very friendly and professional. They always have what I want, I have never had them tell me they are out of things like other Starbucks. There is generally a line at busy times, especially morning commute, but they get through customers quickly. Weird setup in parking lot for drive-thru but doable.

I always order my coffee drink with 4 pumps of caramel. Went to Starbucks 3 days in a row, ordered the exact same drink each time w/3 pumps of caramel. Only 1 of the 3 times my drink had caramel in it.

When I visited, their live inventory/order in app was down, but they have late hours, sometimes have a bottle of the previous season's flavor, and are friendly! Great for drive thru.

Nice staff, fast service, good lattes. Drive through is great, though the way it's set up in the parking lot is somewhat awkward especially during peak hours. But that's nothing they can fix, just a quirk to be aware of.

The staff at this location is fantastic. They’re always extremely helpful & kind. I look forward to every visit because of the staff. Great work to all!

Very good!! A few things! This location is generally very busy through the drive-thru so try to avoid it during expected peak times! Also, there's a lot of things that are not listed drive-thru menu but are available (paninis, loaves).

This is my go-to coffee place because I live close :) But the staff here is very friendly and nice. They have a good seating capacity both outside and inside. There is a park across the road from here. So, you can very well buy a coffee and take a stroll in the park. It's kind of a small strip mall. There is an ice-cream shop, a nail salon and Noodles and company here. So, food, ice-cream,coffee and some pampering at the same place. Sounds darn good to me, eh!

I adore the baristas here at this Starbucks. I used to deliver their New York Times, Wallstreet Journal, USA Today, MJS and Chicago Tribune. They have a great management team, who always greet you with a smile. The fact that they learn your name is amazing and I will always love how they write it on the cups.

The ambiance of the place is stunning and comfortable. They did change it a bit to accommodate more customers, which makes it a bit crowded, but still pleasant.

The only draw back is their parking. They are located in a mini strip mall location, having to share very few parking spaces. The drive-thru line gets long and you are either fighting your way out of a parking space or into one, with the fear of bumping your neighbor. But that is not something they have control of.

I recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

Visited the drive-thru and had a great experience. Even though the staff was down one barista and a little overwhelmed, the guy taking the order at the window still gave quality service. Thanks, Donnie!

Outdoor seating was perfect for the sunny day we visited. Our breakfast order and cold brews were delicious!

Ben definitely made my day the Starbucks by me was closed so definitely made my 40 min drive there worth it. Definitely love how he said ”so you want all the Carmel “

Starbucks is nothing if not consistent. Good quality, fast service, and they have a drive through which is important to me with COVID considerations.
