I had a great experience visiting this Starbucks location. First off, thank you for playing a Taylor Swift that included all Taylor's Versions and underrated masterpieces- it made my heart so happy 🥲🩷

The service was exceptional and our drinks were made so well and with such care.

The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere.

There is a free parking lot associated with the restaurant as well as a drive thru.

Look forward to visiting this location again.

Great customer service! Thank you to the staff members working last Wednesday night: Selena, Jameson, and Eric! It was my dog Ralf’s birthday and they gave him an extra large puppuccino that had the words “Happy Birthday” on it! It made my day and his!

My favorite Starbucks in Madison, I would drive past some others to go to this one. The staff here are the friendliest and have been the best/most accurate/quickest taking and making my order. The inside is also kept quite clean.

I've been coming every so often for a year and half or so, and staff turnover seems low at this location, which is another good sign to me.

Friendly staff and SO CLEAN!!

I was very satisfied with my drink, as was my mother who ordered a matcha. She said this was the strongest starbucks matcha she's had in a long time. The staff were fast too, my order was ready within 3 minutes! All the tables were clean & I even observed staff members to be cleaning as people left.

They also had a cute little plate with jalapeño seedlings and I picked one up :)

Great location with a drive-thru for ordering from the app. Outdoor seating is very nice, too

The people of The S Fish Hatchery Rd Starbucks are really friendly. I appreciate that. The coffee drinks have always been good. Starbucks, in general, is expensive but that's not the local employees' fault. They're great.

This is the BEST Starbucks - the drive thru line is normally long but it always goes incredibly fast. The staff is so nice. I use the mobile ordering a lot & when I accidentally ordered my coffee to the wrong location but showed up here, they made the coffee for me anyways. So so nice!

I go quite frequently. And they always get my drink just right !! I usually go in the morning before work and today I went after a long hectic day at work. I couldn’t be more pleased ! The gentleman at the drive thru was very friendly also !

Really friendly staff and much more efficient than other locations. I don't go to this particular Starbucks very often, but it does have a nice decor inside and would be a little quieter location if you were trying to do work.

I've been to this location just a handful of times since it opened and I've only been through the drive-thru, but the staff has been the most wonderful everytime. The Barista's that work the drive thru have always been the sweetest and just chat while waiting for my order to be ready. I highly recommend this location and their wonderful, friendly staff.

Some people are just never happy, and choose to be old fuddy duddys and leave one star reviews. I can’t relate, unfortunately! The baristas at this location have always been super sweet, quick, and accommodating despite the drive thru *always* being hopping. 💜 Thank you baristas! People would be much more humble if they switched places with you.

Starbucks is always my favorite first stop in the morning. The baristas are always cheery, friendly, and just kind all around. I always leave in a better mood and ready to start the day... (could partially be the coffee... but I prefer to think the baristas have a lot to do with it).

I could not be more please with the customer service at this Starbucks. Was rushed. I didn't feel like just another customer. Very friendly and very talkative. I would drive to Madison just to get Starbucks. The drink and food were perfect as well thank you :)

Greeted by staff. Only one person ahead of me in line. Ordered a small iced skinny chai latte, medium, decaf americano, medium 1/2 blonde & 1/2 dark roast coffee, one large dark roast coffee with cream & 2 toasted plain bagels with cream cheese. The order was made up quickly in spite of staff having a huge drive thru line outside. Pleasant goodbyes and thank you by staff. Masks required in store.

When I don't go to my regular Starbucks, I visit here. I always have a great experience!
