The manager William and Tate were very helpful and they did a great job! I recommend this T-mobile store to everyone.

I had an awesome experience while switching to T-Mobile from another phone carrier. Mike, a sales manager, and Dan B, who also works at the the store on Novi Rd. store were super helpful. We ran into an issue while porting my numbers to T-Mobile. The store closed at 8pm but both Mike and Dan stayed to find a solution. I was provided a temporary phone and a credit on my first bill. They were both very professional and patient. Once my phones could be ported to T-Mobile, I visited the store on Novi Rd. and Dan finished the switch. He and another expert assisted and even submitted my bill to my prior phone carrier to obtain the rebate for paying off my phones. Though the process didn't go as I had originally thought, I highly recommend T-Mobile and visiting this store. I am satisfied with the customer service I received and the staff's willingness to fix the problem.

I had a great experience here. All of the staff I met are great. They are helpful and seem like they genuinely like their job and working with the public. They were patient and friendly and helped me out with some issues I had within the system and with my phone. They have an awesome memory too because I came back the next day and they remembered my name and information. I went 35 mins out of my way to go back to this T-Mobile. I definitely recommend.

The Five Stars that are posted strictly for a young lady name Jordan Korsinski at the T-Mobile located in the 12 Oaks Mall in Novi,MI. I was a customer of Sprint for over 25 Yrs. and due to the merger I purchased outright a Samsung S21 on line in October and did not receive the phone until December. After speaking with over 20 incompetent Representatives
and each giving a different answer I decided to go to the store,and was immediately greeted by the most pleasant, professional and knowledgeable person.j Jordan had my Telephone up and active within 30 minutes and she was training a new hire.

I like this T-mobile excellent customer service!!! They are also very well advance in any issues you have with your phone .The Manger Shavon is the Best Ever very knowledgeable ! If it wasn't for her I don't think I would Still be with Tmobile !!

Big props to the 12 Oaks team. It's out of my way and much less convenient (because it's in the mall) but the staff work hard to troubleshoot problems, is patient, and goes out of their way to make sure everything is set-up right and working. I've been a T-Mobile customer for 16 years, make several electronics purchases a year, and tend to do my own research prior to buying anything (that's code for I can be a little extra) but the well trained 12 Oaks team comes through and makes my connected life easier.

Mike G, Sorry that you had a poor experience at that location. I remember working there and having to enforce company policy even when Customer Care gave out wrong info. Don’t blame the sales reps for doing what they are told to do. Also, we didn’t get paid on SIM cards.

My issues with the SIM card was taken care instantly. I had to re-visit the very next day coz of my mistake and representative at T-Mobile store, Twelve Oaks took a step ahead on resolving my special case. Thanks for the help.

I went in there to ask about the plan for US, Canada, and Mexico! Hoping I can stop selling my kidney to pay for a plan Canadian Trio are offering, but couldn't be done. Great people, funny, friendly, and very helpful! Oh, the prices were actually priceless compare to what we pay in Canada!

I have a Samsung Galaxy watch that wasn't receiving my text messages on it. They spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out why, and finally did. Totally awesome!!! Can't think of their names though 🤔
