I stopped going to CVS about 5 years ago because the prices were higher than the store I regularly shopped at. I started filling my prescription for type 2 diabetes and well going to the pharmacy I realized there has been many positive changes. The staff at the pharmacy was incredible every time I went fast efficient friendly service with a smile.

I visited the MinuteClinic today, and saw MA Isis and NP Reene. It was a very pleasant visit. Both were very caring and listened to everything I said when answering or asking questions. I felt I was in good hands. Nurse Practitioner Reene was amazingly knowledgeable and understanding. She went above and beyond compared to what I thought the visit was going to be like. I am very satisfied with my treatment as a whole.

All of the technicians are great. Kevin helped me save over $200 on my last script and Nahlla helped me with an insurance problem. A+ for them!

Quick and friendly service.

The staff is great but the store itself is not. The beverage cooler is always almost empty when I’m there. The floors are a mess. The ATM is usually broken. There are boxes stacked in corners and it overall looks like a mess in there. It just got a makeover a couple years ago and it’s only gone downhill since.

CVS Pharmacy no longer answers their phone. You’re supposed to leave a message. They’re supposed to call you back in an hour. This is horrible customer service. I had one question on a prescription. I had to get in the car and drive up.
