CVS Pharmacy

The lead pharmacist Bashar runs an impeccable pharmacy! Other CVS pharmacies pale in comparison! She has great professional yet personalized customer service for her patients. I travel a long distance just to have this pharmacy fill my prescriptions!

New to this CVS, coming from an unnamed pharmacy that had difficulty processing my script thru Medicare and unable to obtain script medication. I called and spoke to Pharmacist Kristen who patiently listened to my frustrating dilemma and assured me we could work this out. She called me with updates and game plan to obtain desired outcome - getting my medication! She was calm, reassuring and just plain awesome. I look forward to seeing her whenever I pick up my meds. Always very nice and fast. One time I needed a prescription for my cat which wasn't covered with insurance and they gave me a coupon to help cover the costs. They remember who I am and are always ready to answer any of my questions. I've started getting my regular medications here because they always have them in stock, unlike my last pharmacy where I would wait a month or more for them to have meds in stock.

I have had excellent service at the CVS on Farmington Rd in Farmington Hills. A Special shout out out to the Pharmacy staff.
