Went there to look for a couch for our livingroom. Staff was helpful and the store is at convenient location near Greece shopping mall.

Plenty of parking right at front. I was able to get all the information I needed however I didn't ended up buying a sofa from there so don't know about thier sale and aftersale service.

I purchased a sofa, couch, dining room table and dining room food cart. I purchased 3 years ago and I am very pleased with my furniture. My family and visitors all complement my furnishings.
The pricing was affordable for very good quality!

The salesperson was great, but the deliverers left something to be desired. We purchased one couch and had it delivered for $120, but they didn’t even attempt to fit the couch in the doorway, meaning the $120 we spent on their in-house delivery was forfeit.

The salesperson did make it right, however, as he allowed us to put 100% of the price of the first couch to a modular one instead, waiving a second delivery fee in the process. This was initially a one star review, considering the dismal outcome of our first attempt at getting a couch, but several months later, we realize the salesperson we had really bent over backwards to accommodate both our needs and the delivery team’s capabilities.

Came in looking for a bedroom set. Will came over and asked if I needed help. He was polite and helpful and not pushy at all. He answered my questions and got me all set up for delivery. I recommend this place and will be back for more when I need it. Thanks!

My friend found just the right sofa here at ROC City Furniture. She finally found the perfect sofa at a reasonable price after going to several other stores!!! Staff was very professional and helpful. Kudos

I don't know why so much bad reviews. I went to this store and I was treated well the sales person wasn't pushy which I like. He helped me out in finding the best sofa for my living room and under my budget he told me the truth of how long it will take if I order the couches online which was 2 months yikes so I decided instead of taking the red I took the blue it was in stock there price was actually a good price compare to raymour and flannigan. I will defiantly buy here again.

Today I had the please of working with Chris and Quan. They were fast, courteous, and worked well as a team. They not only did their job of putting my bedroom set together they also include me in every step of the process.

The guy behind the counter was not pushy and the finance deals fit into our budget perfectly. Got a wonderful bed we left the same day with. If you're in need, give them a stop.

Wow I couldn't have asked for a better experience I paid for delivery but well worth it they came and where able to get my new couches in a room that other stores couldn't in the past very professional they don't swear very polite they made a time work for me because of my very busy schedule.
