his advanced age, yet another Dr visit wasn't feasible that day. We did a Tele visit. And problem solved. Prescription sent to his pharmacy

I am a return patient of Dr. Oldford. I experienced very little waiting time to be called back or to wait to see Dr. Oldford. Everyone was polite and professional.
We discussed my problem. He ordered a test and was back in my exam room shortly after to go over his findings. He thoroughly explained my options. We decided to try something for 3 wk. Before moving forward to a surgical procedure. That is in 2 more weeks.

Dr. Oldford and his staff have been fantastic in the 3-4 years I’ve been a patient of his at his Commerce location. He has excellent bedside manner, and everyone at the office is quite personable and helpful. They will take every step to ensure that you get the utmost, proper care—often following up with phone calls (from a nurse) after appointments. Dr Oldford saved me from prostate cancer with surgery in 2007 and my psa has been undetectable since. Yearly check ups have kept me clean.

I've been going to doctor Olford for quite a while, he is very concerning and he takes his time and talks to you and answers questions he is very meticulous in what he does and he makes sure he keeps a follow-up on you if you have anything concerning your prostate or any other problems. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

The Commerce office is efficient & easy to reach, the staff warm, & Dr Eliya the best. I present some problems with regard to my care, & he never gets frustrated, & we work together to change my treatment plan when called for. The other MIU office experiences have been very frustrating. It’s impossible to get through by phone yo any office (except Commerce) to the point that I’ve actually had to drive over to make an appt! The NP at the WB office on Orchard Lk Rd is not warm at all…very clinical. She knows her work, but doesn’t seem to care too much about knowing her pts. 5 stars to Dr Eliya & Commerce, but the other offices are a big thumbs down.

Dr. Olford is the best. Listens to his patients and then decides on the best course of action. Also schedules are managed great and I can count on him staying to them!
