The rear end of my car was 40% damaged from someone hitting me and when I got my car back it looked brand new. The team was amazing and very helpful and friendly. They answered any and all questions I had. If I ever need to have body work done on my car again I will definitely be taking it back to caliber collision

The vehicle looks brand new.
The work was completed on the date Caliber promised with verbal and text updates along the way. The secretary and estimator are dedicated professionals, I was able to secure a ride home the day I dropped the vehicle off, and the interior and exterior were spotless when I picked it up my vehicle.

Very nice, polite and professional. The repair was completed when stated and job well done!

Great team here! They communicate clearly and are problem solvers.
I have a pretty busy schedule and can’t always take calls, when I dropped my car off for repair they would leave me voicemails updating me on anything I may need to know. They will help make sure you’re taken care of, they are busy but because they communicate so well nothing seems to fall through the cracks with them. Also, they know the answer to about any question you may have and you’ll never feel left in the dark in regards to what’s going on with your car.
