Fit Chic Bootcamp

I started working out with these ‘fitchics’ in January 2023 (this year). I am 6 months in and even more motivated than I was when I started. The classes work for every body shape and physical ability. Every class is different, from full body to core to yoga and there is never a dull moment. The coaches are always helpful to find an alternate exercise when needed. I recommend Fit Chic for women of all ages.

These ladies are some of best motivators I’ve ever worked with. The instructors meet you where you are physically and mentally. There is accountability with encouragement. Modifications with challenges. I can not recommend this program highly enough.
