It's a Great Place to visit from Time to Time for a Treat from the Daily Grind. The Parking is Very Tight SO Please be Prepared to squeeze in at a moments notice. The inside is very Clean & well kept with comfortable seats around. Prices have increased & the Many Products size has been considerably reduced, like for example a Simple Scone use to be Palm sized & Now they are a tiny Triangle 2 small bite size. :))

The folks in this store generally know their customers by name and make excellent coffee ☕ drinks.

Cool baristas and a clean bathroom. Worked from here for about 2 hours earlier today while enjoying the NEW Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade.

Perfect way to get out of the Castro Valley heat!

Although they have the most out of the stock holiday coffee menu, I still got a good coffee latte but a guilt-sugar free vanilla. Another free thing is that my brother & I got free strawberry acai refresher drinks. I felt that it was my lucky day today! 😁☺

Great peaceful and quiet place to hang and do work or study.

The team here is so nice and seem so closely knit together, brings a smile every time I walk in. Quality of the food is way better here than the other CV location too

Always a nice place to visit when I'm out in Castro Valley. Incredible staff, fantastic service and clean. Oh and good coffee!!!

I consider this particular Starbucks to be the community secret gem. It’s tucked off in the corner and only the locals really know about it. Makes for faster more personal service. I might add that they have the cleanest public restroom in all of Castro Valley.

The two baristas who were closing tonight were super kind and even remade my drink when I let them know that it wasn't made to the way I specified, no questions asked and with a good attitude. Also had a quit chat with them as I was leaving. These two made me feel appreciated as a customer, even when I came in 15 minutes before close. Great job.

Today I came in extremely flustered, because I had made the mistake and read the wrong location. Emily, my favorite barista, calmly assisted me and was able to actually change my drink order to what I originally wanted and she did it quickly and efficiently, so that I could be to work on time. On top of all that it was delicious.Thank you Lake Chabot Starbucks!

Quick service and friendly staff. Great place to sit and work for a bit. There's only one charging point so make sure your laptops are charged before you get there.

First time coming to this Starbucks and I'm impressed! The cashier was super nice and helpful and the barista was fast at making my drinks, he was nice too!! Will be coming here more often 😊

Great customer service, Café inside seating, no outside patio. Great place for quick stop for coffee, tea, pastries, sandwich, drinks. Place is cozy children welcome, handicap accessible. Limited parking space available. Stairs to climb, handicap ramp children welcome. Not good for large groups.

For someone who goes to get coffee from Starbucks literally every single day of their life, sometimes more than once, this place has never let me down. If someone took my drink because of a pre-order, they never give me a problem. My drink always tastes delicious unlike some of the other locations I go to wear a sweet drink, like a white mocha, is bitter instead!! 😕 Now who wants THAT?! But these people actually get it, or at least it seems they do. I believe the only time I have ever had to wait on my pre-order drink is if they are swamped with people because it's a holiday or someone grabbed it. But the fact that my drink is always outstanding will make me go out of the way to go to this one. I literally pass up 3 other Starbucks to patron this one, that says a lot.

Walked in Afraid with Anxiety of using the APP for the first time and met Maddie. She was patient and I love her voice, so calming and refreshing!!! Thanks so much Maddie.

Love coming here. Staff are always nice and do their jobs efficiently. Never had an issue with food, drinks or anything here either

Clean and have friendly staffs. I was greated immediately when I arrived and my order was taken right away. Nice location. Has easy access parkung lot (free)

I grabbed a quick cup of tea and ran out. I didn't stay long, my sweetheart wanted to head home, so I went with him.
