Amazing hardware store with even more amazing staff.

I went to the store after scanning home depot for an adaptor. I got no help at all there and was told to call the manufacturer because no one sells those faucet adaptor pieces.

After looking online google showed it’s available for pickup in this store. When I got there I noticed right away how great the staff were with smiles and trying to help me out. I finally got the piece and now my faucet is fixed. I really thought good stores like this didn’t exist anymore. Amazing place, I highly recommend it he your first option when searching for any hardware.

Exceptional experience here! They have old school customer service. I needed something, called to see if they had it in stock and immediately got a person to help me who checked the computer and then the shelf and set it aside for me. No wait at all when I went to pick it up and check out.

Every time I go to Pete's I am helped with whatever I am searching, trying to understand, repair, replace. I always am treated with care and respect. Having been a single Mom for many years, Pete's was always the go to store for all household needs since the 1970's.

Kaitlyn helped me so much when I came in she was extraordinarily helpful and had a excellent attitude she pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for and upon paying the line was a bit long but she swiftly and efficiently got it down and got me out of there as I was in a bit of a rush the other employees are kind as well I would recommend this location as their selection is high and had what i needed for a good value, anyone trying to get in and out while still getting good customer service should go there!

There is no comparison. This is the best hardware shopping experience, period. Staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. Everything is well organized. If you dread going to Home Depot, try Pete's!

Sink here had an issue, I just moved in. Not a problem I needed, fixed it with out bothering the landlord. Pete’s Staff, is honest, caring, and high integrity, showed him a photo and let him know the problem I am Having. He asked more questions of who previously lived there, and he recommend a good chemical to get it cleared out. This is good old honest business. My style of business. A penny learned, is a penny saved. And the staff here always gives honest recommendations. Come here for your community needs.

It's a great hardware store with a hometown feel. They know how to take care of their customers. Employees are very knowledgeable. Ask a question on how to do something, and they'll show you what you need and how to do it

The staff is infinitely more helpful than Home Depot or even Lowes. That said the selections and services are more limited and the prices are slightly higher but it is worth it and I will shop here if possible.

Service is always excellent and prompt. More expensive than the bigger hardware stores, but far more convenient with a much more pleasant experience, making it worth it.

Much easier than the marathon that must be run getting anything at Hone depot or Lowe’s. Sweet ginger haired hottie at the register 😉.

I need to do a small project for my kitchen sink and need a piece of tailpipe with threads.the first thing I did was going to home Depot but they refused to cut the size l needed for me, when I went to this store they had the same tailpipe with a lower price, the most important thing is that they are willing to help me to cut the pipe for me for free.its a big help for me and all the people working there is so friendly and helpful, I know where to go when I need any hardware next time, good job to all the people helping me today.

Thanks to these helpful folks taking the time to trouble shoot my move in projects with me I’ve got some beautiful hanging planters up, and a foldout bed that works seamlessly despite coming with no instructions or original nuts and bolts.
