I love these men!!! They are patient with all my questions. They didn't use my desperate need of service to over charge me at all. (And as a woman it happens more than we admit).
I feel confident to go back home with my elderly mother.
The communication was wonderful. I knew exactly what needed to be done by me and what they were doing at every step of the way. I love that is a local and family owned business.
I would absolutely call them again for any pest probably ..

How blessed am I to work for a small business that has relationships with other small businesses! Mr. Keith services the shop I work at, I recently got my own house and I am not a bug person- I see one bug and I lose my mind (bug ptsd? 😂) Mr. Keith and Mr. Jasper made my feelings a priority and serviced my new house the day after I reached out asking for help. We live in a world where praise is few and far between - I genuinely I am so very grateful and so thankful to these fellas (and I believe Mr. Jasper’s son who actually came over to do the work). I am still in the process of putting this house together - but I am again so grateful I can leave a key and full trust and faith that they’ll take care of my sweet home. Jeremiah is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and just an all around heck of a guy who happens to keep my bugs on the outside instead of inside, and for that, I'm thankful. He always responds to my call for help immediately and when he leaves, my concerns for critters inside are completely gone because he genuinely does an excellent job! 💓

We are new customers to Better Way Pest Control. Keith was very thorough in explaining what he offered and the prices involved. We live in a wooded area, and mosquitoes are abundant. We look forward to the reduction of these pests and others moving forward.

This is by far the best pest services I have ever used. We use them at our home and at our office. They always let you know that they are coming the next day. Anytime I have called him with an issue he comes right out the next day. Very happy with Better Way and I highly recommend them!

As always, Junior from Better Way contacted me by phone asking if it was a good day to come do our inspection. I gave him permission to come by and would let my husband know he was coming to get the inspection completed. Junior has always been very prompt, courteous and completes our inspection in a timely manner. Great job and thanks so much!

Inside was done ok but I had to tell him to spray the closets and different places., but out doors he did not use a broom and check for webs or anything and did NOT check on mud dobblers on the porches, did not check to see if there are ant hills.. I have had better service from Junior Allen and another man. A other company did everything. I also called your office yesterday and left a message and phone #, I did not get a call back

Cleared our house of roaches about 5 years ago and not had a problem since with monthly visits. Managed other outdoor pests such as ants and wasps and exterior/interior treatments to keep our home for the most part free of pests. Great company, great workers. Definitely worth it, and reasonably priced. Less than $40 per month.

After using another “popular” company and spending lots of money only to see no good results and bugs multiplying rather than going away we were a little hopeless. Someone recommended Better Way and when we found out they were way cheaper than the other company we were paying we realized we really didn’t have much to lose so we gave them a shot! Thank God for that and Better Way! Within 2 days from the first visit we saw a huge difference! Since the first month we haven’t saw another bug or mouse anywhere in our home! Dylan, our service guy is so friendly! My kids love when “the bug guy” comes because they follow him around talking his head off and he is so nice to them😂 Seriously best exterminators ever! I highly recommend to everyone because I know they are the best and they have the best prices !

Jeremiah is a very pleasant technician and I trust him to walk through my house with his sprayer. I chose this service cause my sister has used them for the past years. They have been very responsive to input I give re: the pest problem I might be having at the time. Thank you, Jeremiah.

I've been using Better Way, since they 1st opened. I absolutely love Israel and his team. Top notch, quality service that you can trust. My grandmother, friends and other family members have started using them as well. I would truly recommend them to any 1. I used 2 other services before this 1 and they outshine them by far.

I love working with Keith. He explains all the products well and helps our house stay pest free. My kids don’t have to worry about getting bit up by mosquitoes anymore, because of the treatments Keith has been doing in our yard. We were having an issue with wood bees and wasps, after Keith treated our yard I haven’t even seen one. I’d highly recommend!
