I go here for oil changes occasionally. They never do the oil change in a half hour as promised - it always takes longer. After the last few experiences I won't be returning for an oil change. Last time we got an oil change, my husband was sitting in the waiting area and the crew never told him the oil change was done or returned the car keys. They just left work with my husband unable to get his keys or pay for the service. He had to find a store manager who didn't really know how to handle the situation. It took him more than an hour to get home for a simple oil change. Yesterday, I brought the car in for an oil change and the crew didn't replace the oil cap after finishing. My husband drove all the way to Minneapolis before we discovered it. When he called about the issue the only resolution they offered was to top off the oil. Unacceptable service for the price of oil changes here. I'll take my car to Walmart next time - they're fast and actually tell you when your car is done.
