Black Swan Vapors

Hands down my favorite vape shop in Indy. The owner is fantastic and willing to help with anything you need. He's always friendly and more than happy to help. The other employee that's sometimes at the shop typically runs the Pendleton location but will sometimes fill in at this location and he is always more than happy to go out of his way to help with any issues and needs. They are happy and willing to explain absolutely everything in the store if you're trying to find something new, just getting started vaping, etc. If they don't have something you need or are interested in, they will do what they can to order what you're looking for. I've been to other local vape shops in the area and I was grateful when we found Black Swan because it's not employed by a bunch of 21 year olds who don't want to get off their phones to help customers. They act extremely annoyed when someone walks into the store, especially if you aren't a young emo person as well. I appreciate all the help and guidance they've given my husband and myself over the years. I should have written a review long ago but I thought it was far past time to leave them one.

This is a great place to go! 100% recommend. They have a nice clean and neat store. The staff is extremely helpful and easily the nicest people I have had encountered in this type of store. The selection is amazing and they are well stocked even through the crazy time we are facing right now. Thank you Black Swan for providing excellent service and setting the standard for how vale shops should be set up and ran.

First time visiting this shop, just wanted to check it out. Employee working was very helpful and informative. I didn't know this place had their own juice and he suggested Fuzzberry, which is excellent. Reminds me of Pin-up Betty if that gives you an idea. Will definitely be back and would recommend.

Eric, Austin and the entire staff have been the most helpful customer service team / vape shop I have ever come across. Nothing against any other shop around, as I have never had a "bad" experience, but this place is something special.

It seems like a big focus is helping people like me finally make that leap away from cigarettes. Eric is passionate about it and I am grateful for it.

In my case, I didn't want too much nicotine but the lower amount wasn't cutting it. I stopped back in and they set me up with a custom level that is PERFECT for me until I'm ready to get it back down again.

They have their own juice which is EXCELLENT (try the Fuzzberry) and if you give them a few days, they'll custom order you basically whatever you need (in terms of nicotine levels).

As someone who has worked in the service industry since the age of 13, I can honestly say that there are very VERY few times where I have been treated as well or felt so welcome. If the owner opened up a store in any other industry, I would be forced to make that a new favorite spot as well (hehe).

Love this store. They have great flavors they make themselves and many great brands to choose from. Very knowledgeable and friendly owners and staff. Willing to help those new to vaping with understanding the use of vape mods and juices .They have lots of vaping items to choose from. Wonderful web site to see their products.

Wide selection of hardware and juice brands to choose from. It was an overall wonderful experience. They treated me as if I was family. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
