I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I experienced with the people at Beautiful Blinds & Designs. First of all, Julianna was eager to help me in the showroom and we made an appointment for her to come and measure. She had terrific ideas and was spot-on with her suggestions. In addition, she made an extra trip to drop off a color sample after our meeting. Today our blinds and smart drapes were installed by Tom & Joe. They were courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. They efficiently installed everything and did an excellent job. The quality of the products and the exceptional service by Julianna, and both Tom and Joe for installation proved to be a great experience for me. I love to use local companies and support them which is so important these days. First the person who came to measure was awesome. The installers were great and Joe was here again today to add a valance has such a great personality. Their price beat other bids and the quality of their product is fabulous. Windows would record them to anyone and have already referred my neighbor to them.

Premiere installed my closet back in 2019 but today 7.25.24 they came out and handle some minor issues AT NO CHARGE to keep my closet looking great. Robert the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Thanks Premiere for all of your support.

Following Ian, we asked BB&D to furnish our rebuilt screened porch area with blinds. Unfortunately, the nature and results of a largely unforeseen matter caused the project to be cancelled. Kim,the owner was both incredibly professional and understanding and despite our choosing not to proceed, refunded our deposit.Outstanding customer service.

Absolutely beautiful! We ordered 4 cellular blinds for our sunroom. Not only does it keep the room cooler, it offers privacy with an attractive shade. Thanks to Kim for her suggestions on selecting the right blind and to Joe the installer who was efficient and did not leave a mess. The whole process was very easy and they delivered like expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beautiful Blinds & Designs to anyone in the market for window treatments. Amber helped me choose some cordless woven room darkening shades for our beach house/vacation rental, Pelican Shores Dock House, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The order came in earlier than expected and they really are beautiful!

I originally purchased my blinds at Beautiful Blinds, for the whole property, then Ian hit and destroyed my blinds in om room.
I had to replace them and ordered them when I had had the repairs done to the property. Beautiful blinds came again and re-ordered , no problem they are extremely helpful. I love my blinds.
Then there is Joe he installs the blinds and does a really great job, they look so nice, I am so pleased with Beautiful Blinds and JOE , thank you for a wonderful service.

Not only are they absolutely beautiful, but the two gentlemen installing were very knowledgeable and are definitely a well-oiled machine. Highly highly recommend for anyone in the market for shutters or any other window treatments!

Joe did an amazing job. He was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He also hung up wooden cornice board and so appreciative of that. Would definitely hire Beautiful Blinds for any work to be done.
