Great Job. super fast service and very affordable price. No waiting time or no min. order.they do embroidery right on the spot.I called many embroidery places for my daughter's book bag for put her name down, but some embroidery places had a waiting time for week or some of them they didn't even do one item. But Embroidery art at Greece mall people do it in 30 min.Great business and friendly people..

What a pleasant experience. Tried this store while visiting the country . I had to run back for one day visit called before hand and sent images over .
I arrived 2 pm and they were able to complete my order before the mall closed .

Got a couple last minute Christmas gifts here. Stopped by on Dec. 23rd before closing and got 5 items embroidered on site in less than 24hr, all of which looked exactly how I wanted. The gentleman I worked with was super amiable and made my experience easy and enjoyable. I was able to text him the logos I wanted and he continued to personally text me updates on the progress of my pieces in real time. Great customer service, affordable pricing, and fast turn around! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Priced what I wanted online and was way more expensive and would have taken a few weeks. Went to embroidery art today, helped me decide the font and embroidered the hats in 45 minutes while I shopped! The product was perfect! Price was beyond reasonable and I would STRONGLY recommend doing business here. So excited to wear my new hats 😃 Thank you!!!

Got a hat embroidered with my sons gamer username on it. Fast, prompt service at a reasonable price $25 (including the cost of the hat). Very cool concept store!

I went in and waited for a little while to speak to Mehmet. He was extremely busy! After finish with some other customers he explained in detail how he'd get my image on the shirt I provided and how much it would cost. The turn-around time for this custom job was very short and only lengthened by the fact that the artwork had to be digitized. Most of the jobs brought here are done on the spot, immediately! Mehmet said he'd keep my artwork on file for future embroidery. I'll definitely return for more shirts!

I called ahead of time and told them exactly what I wanted done and asked what the price would be. When I got there and explained what I was looking to have done they said " oh yeah, ok no problem" which I assumed was because he must have been the person I spoke to on the phone fifteen minutes before and he recalled the conversation. He said it would be a fifteen minute wait which it was and the product design turned out great. However when it came time to pay I was charged THREE times what I was quoted over the phone! When I explained I was quoted a different price and wanted to know why they both acted confused and then acted like I was an idiot and called the wrong place. I pulled up the call log on my phone and showed them their businesses phone number to which they had no answer and stared at me. At this point they said something to eachother in another language and said " oh well how about I take $2 off?" If they hadn't just embroidered on a Christmas present I had already paid $60 for I would have told them to shove it and left! Very poor way to do business!

I left three hats to be done.Two days go by I come to pick up the hats.They never did the work. Plus they charge $20.00 extra when you bring in your artwork for a DST File. I recommend never to go here.
