Ms.Nikki was THE MOST curtious, knowledgeable and sweet clerk I've ever encountered at this post office. She assisted me with my mail and had a smile the whole time. I took a chance coming out of way to come to this post office and I can say 100% that I would do again because of her excellent customer service.

Since the pandemic I've been having to order things online. Never had an issue til last week when my package showed delivered but wasn't in my box. Long story short, it was something I had a long time ago but lost some years back. Found one online and ordered it. It hasn't been manufactured in years. Anyway, the package was put into someone else's box. I was crushed. Talked to the supervisor, who was nice, and she would look into it. Today, I got it in the mail. Thank you Cedar Hill USPS for finding it. Made my day. Please be careful with people's orders. What we order is so important to us. Thank you.

I don't ship things often so I easily get confused when trying to figure out out the cheapest way to ship my stuff. Rory was so helpful she looked at my items and suggested the best method for me with a smile on her face. Often I feel as though I'm met with disgruntled employees at post offices, but not today! Thanks Rory, keep doing what you're doing!

Of all of the post offices that I have visited, they seem to have the friendliest employees working here. They have always greeted me with a smile and seem to be happy to have their jobs. I know that I can always come here to handle any postal needs without a problem

I’m usually hesitant of going to the USPS because of the service that comes with it. But it was my first time coming to this location and I gotta say it went surprisingly well. The line wasn’t too long and the employees were super nice too!

I'm new to the area and was skeptical of coming here due to the previous Google reviews and photos online but came anyway to mail in some old liscense plates. There hardly was a line, had fast service, and the staff was friendly. Overall good experience! Will be coming here again.

I live in Desoto but choose to use this post office because the staff and management truly understand what customer service is all about.Thanks for having great attitudes and a willingness to move the line as fast as possible!

package pick up opens at 6 am while the post iffice does not open till 8:30. Quick polite service.
