Ubon Thai Cuisine

I ordered online over the weekend and picked them up! When I picked them up, I found out that a Nepalese was the owner - we usually had Thai food at Golden, but it was a lot less greasy and less salty compared to where it was, so I really enjoyed it! I think I'll continue to visit often!

Everything from the food to the servers we're amazing! My girlfriend and I both ordered Pad Thai. She got beef, and I got chicken. Very good! The Chai Tea was amazing, too! Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling through here!

High quality cuisine in a tiny town! Clean, cozy, and with a view of the mountains. Sipping hot Chai and sinking into the creamiest coconut red curry veggie bowl. I LOVE that the curries can be made vegan and without the traditional fish sauce.

Lots of vegetable options for the plant based diners.

Customer service was phenomenal! James ran the whole front of the restaurant by himself and was STILL attentive to every person who walked through the front door. Will definitely be visiting again and trying other vegetarian dishes on the menu!

Vegan options! Yummy food and quick service. Parking lot and bathrooms. Open for dining in. I had the Green Curry and mango sticky rice - both vegan (no dairy no fish sauce). Quiet place. Decent prices.

Amazing food on a cold night. It is good spicy for me. I eat extreme spicy food and they had perfect level for thai spicy food.We ordered chicken steamed momos (6pieces), Green Thai Curry, Chicken Pad thai, ginger tea.

My wife and I drove down all the way from Estes Park to dine here for lunch. The food was hot and excellent on a cold day. We had chicken momos, pad mei, and spring rolls which were all very delicious. Definitely a treat for anyone driving down the peak to peak highway to visit Nederland. Great Thai food :)

Wasn't sure how good a Thai restaurant would be in the rural mountains, but everything here tasted so incredibly fresh and was cooked to perfection, with their own little twist on each dish. They have gardens in the front of the restaurant growing peas, lettuce and all sorts of things which I'm certain we are, and they didn't even advertise that they are garden-to-table! The Thom Kha (coconut soup) was delicious and the Larb was light and fresh and cooked perfectly. My favorite thing? The 🥭 Mango Sticky rice 🥭 was absolutely the best I've ever had, and I am very particular about my rice. Just amazing, and they are so humble. Highly recommend!

The chicken Drunken noodles and the pineapple chicken fried rice are my favorites for sure!!! Be careful though anything past mild plus spice level is rough unless you’re brave!

Great Thai Food! Friendliest and most beautiful local service ever. Just such an amazing experience. Our server gave us suggestions for local shops and just made sure we were so well taken care of. The food was so delicious. I had a Thai curry that was just amazing!!!

Best Thai food! I was very impressed with the food and friendly service. I highly recommend coming here. I got the drunken noodles at the hot level and they were incredible.

Got takeout from here and it was great! Very generous portions and everything was very tasty! We got the pad Thai, pad see ew, chicken satay, and momos and all were very good!

I really love the food and service at this place. The people are so friendly and the two dishes I've had so far were fantastic. Last time we sat out on the deck. My only complaint is that the restaurant is located right by the traffic circle in Nederland and it's busy traffic in summer. I highly recommend the restaurant!

Get the steamed veggie momos.
Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options if you just let them know, they're happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. The staff is so friendly and all of the food has been great!

Delicious food, large portions and quick service

I love Thai food, however it’s no secret that Colorado doesn’t have many top tier Thai options. Coming from the Denver area I’ve tried them all, but I would have never thought that my favorite Thai places would be in Nederland.

This place packs incredible Thai flavor but not overtly so - their dishes are reasonably priced, and they don’t skimp on the portions. I sat out on the deck which is shaded during the day, and had a wonderful noodle dish, curry, and fresh spring rolls - the standouts being the mango curry and pad Thai.

They also serve a mean Thai iced tea with coconut milk that’s the best I’ve ever had - for $2.50!

In short - after a day of hitting the trails or if you’re just looking for a quick bite to eat, you have to try this place. Great service, great food, great prices, great atmosphere - what’s not to love?

Very good food. We had pad Thai, curry, ragoons, spring rolls, Tom yum and iced tea. This set the standard for great flavor. Polite staff

We arrived around 11:30am on a Tuesday. We were seated right away. We chose you eat out side on the patio, in the shade. It was perfect for a warm summer day! The lunch special is just the right amount of food for a great price; appetizers and a bowl of curry. There is a spice scale so that you can have it as hot as you like! We requested mild + and it was hot enough to enjoy and not feel uncomfortable (I am not the biggest fan of spicy food). Green curry with vegetables was delicious! Thai tea was also great! Fast service and great food! Perfect for an after-hiking lunch! We will definitely stop by again when we are in the area!!
