Good experience and support from customer service on a set I bought from Costco.

Decent quality furniture however, the pieces feel smaller than I'd like for the "luxery" price. I was hoping for a bigger and more comfortable seating arrangement. They aren't too different in appearance and feel from any other brand. If I'd been able to see it in person I may have kept shopping... The shipping/delivery was a nightmare and I'd highly recommend avoiding TForce Freight. But customer service has been VERY helpful.

The bad news is I bought one of their sectionals from Costco and it arrived with two pillows missing. The good news is I received excellent customer service from Terri at Grand Leisure and now have both missing pillows! Was very satisfied with my customer service experience.

Very disappointing product for the price paid. Many pieces had flaws, quality control very poor. Customer service ready to replace but not willing to take back large pieces. Said I should donate them. Easier said than done. Purchased through Costco and had to get them involved. Thought Costco would have better vendor selection process.
