Oakley Store

Bought 2 pair of the EV ZERO for running. Super light and comfortable. Great experience at the Lahaina store. My salesperson Jeffrey was super helpful… searches to get me a pair that wasn’t the floor model and the 2nd only the floor model available so he ordered a new pair for me. Really enjoyed the interaction with Jeffrey. Super chill and pleasant to work with and no pressure to buy anything. Will definitely go back. Would highly recommend this store!!

The customer service at Oakley in Whalers Village on Maui was outstanding, far surpassing what I experienced at their Foothill Ranch store. Despite Foothill Ranch being a primary location, the service there fell short, particularly in staff knowledge concerning the differences between men's and women's glasses. In contrast, the team at Whalers Village was exceptionally well-versed in their product range. They provided clear, detailed explanations, helping us find exactly what we needed with ease.

Our salesperson, Heike, was knowledgeable about the glasses as well as passionate about the product . She showed me various options and make the decision making process fun

I mangled my prescription sunglasses and believed them beyond repair. With two weeks left of my vacation on Maui, I needed those glasses. The optometrist at the Whalers Village store took them in hand and restored them to new condition in less than an hour. The employees in this store are outstanding, I thank them and recommend them.

I was shopping at the Whalers Shopping Center in Kaanapali/Lahaina. I was in there for about 25 minutes debating which shades to get, and was assisted the entire time! Outstanding.

The Oakley store in the Whalers Village in Kaanapali was great. The gentlemen working were very helpful and even found a shirt style that I was looking for more of in the days shipment and unpacked it. Mahalo nui loa!🤙🏼

I go in here pretty regularly for glasses cleaner as well as the occasional pair and the customer service is always surprisingly amazing for a sunglasses store. Seems like every time i happen to be in there I’m helped immediately. Myra is usually the one to greet and help me. She’s awesome, knowledgeable and fast! Highly recommend this shop for a pair of shades or good leans cleaning stuff. 10/10

I was just looking for a replacement lens for a pair of Batwolf’s. Jeffery was more than accommodating. He quickly separated 4 different sets of polarized lenses out of a drawer and brought them to the counter. He happily pulled out each pair from the box so I could compare colors and choose the one I liked the best. In this day and age of lackluster customer service, especially after the pandemic, it was great to have someone so friendly and accommodating.

I had a great experience in your Maui store. I was in the store to browse when one of the clerks offered to clean a very old pair of Oakleys I had perched on my head. He noticed that the lenses were a bit scratched up and told me that it was possible to replace the lenses. He showed me the numerous selections, got them installed in my frames, and I walked out with essentially a new pair of sunglasses. Completely happy!

Love the gear, love the store, but check to make sure you get what you asked for, otherwise you may find the gear you got was the wrong one. Asked for root beer polarized replacement lenses, he put ruby rose lenses in the bag. Didnt notice it until I was 20 miles away....

Great store in a great little shopping area right off the beach. Staff were very nice and helpful. Space out your shopping to continue to get your parking validated when using the beach. 3 hour max time limit.

Alfie, Jeffery, and Tyler treated us sooo good! Great customer service, all around wonderful experience buying sunglasses for my husband and I. Oakley is a good brand but it was truly the customer service that sold us our sunglasses not the store itself! 10/10

Heika was amazing, she was patient, knowledgeable, and eve gave us water. I will definitely keep going back to Oakley and tell our friends about the service and the products in the store.

The staff were very helpful and fun.. I bought 2 pairs of sun glasses. They took the time and actually helped me pick them out. Highly recommend this store!!!
