AT&T Store

I got Fiber Internet service started up. Marlene Service Rep is knowledgeable, patient, proficient, explains well. She has outstanding people skills. I appreciate her time & pleasant attitude. It was a pleasure dealing with this representative. My installer comes tomorrow for installation. I would recommend this service to friends & family.

The lady at the store in Mid-Town Los Angeles was such a pleasure. I was having problems with my SIM card. Phone and text message were not going through. It seemed like she new my problem before I completed my explanation. She had my phone fixed and I was out the door in less than five minutes. Made my day!

Our salesperson by the name of Leo was extremely knowledgeable and professional in the handling of all of our concerns! Loved the no presssure and informative sales job!

Small but friendly store! We had the pleasure of working with Aaron to upgrade some phones. He was so patient, kind and helpful. He answered all of our questions and walked us through every step of the transfer process. We felt so welcomed and will definitely be back to have Aaron help us with our phone needs. Best AT&T in town. I am not joking. I tried to get a new line with new friends and I went 2 other ATT stores and they told me that they can't do that. But this store has great people and they helped me with everything. Cant thank you enough. Thank you.

It’s AT&T locations right there on pico was actually very good. They gave me a great experience. I went with my boss from LA Plants to get a phone line added to his plan with a fund of my choosing. And I ended up moving from an android to an iPhone, which, of course, was very scary to me. The gentleman who attended me was real cool, and to the point with my questions. He even gave me advice. Answered all the doubts I had in that moment. And also help me out with setting on my iPhone and the iCloud and all that stuff and show me how to do the whole send from phone to phone with the iOS system. I will for sure say that anybody who wants an AT&T phone to go there they treated me very well. Thank you.

I came in the store and was immediately greeted by Lily who is the sweetest most helpful person ever. She went over every option they had available for me and helped me come to a decision. She also dug through their Inventory to find the phone I wanted and she didn't give up when we ran into an issue she figured it out. This girl knows her stuff she is manager material. 100%. She knew everything about all Of the options and was sooo sweet and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would. THANK YOU LILY made my night!

I had issue, with resolving problem for 2 months. Working with AT&T store and corporate. Finally I got to talk to Aaron, someone who cares,professional and went above and beyond to help. My problem is resolved and I am really thankful for people like him. Big thank you and respect for customer service! Aaron 5 stars!

Denny offered excellent customer service! He is extremely knowledgeable about all in store products amd willing to educate customers. Both representatives were extremely helpful to me and my son! Very patient with me as I am a senior. Thank you both guys❤

This place was great with customer service. I have been having so many problems with my request even apple could not solve them. Oscar was a great help and got everything done simply and efficiently! 😁 if I have any further problems I’ll be coming here.

The customer service was extraordinary! I had seen high ranked reviews on Google maps that of all the AT&T stores, this was the only one (Within a 5-10mile radius) where the customer service was highly complimented. And my expectations were not disappointed! I received excellent service getting all my phones changed over, set up (including the protective shields installed on the screen surfaces and the cases too-even at the expense of the store! One of the shield brands didn’t fit properly on my phone and they went through 3shields to get it out on right! At no extra cost to me!! Had I done that at home-It would have been a waste of time and money and they took care of all of it-free of charge!). I walked in there with two old ”semi” working phones and walked out with two brand new "ready-to-go" perfectly working phones-seamless and with very little effort on my part. One of the main reasons I don't update my phones regularly is the hours and hassle it requires to get the new ones up and running-the service personnel took care of ALL of it for me and I only spent 30min taking care of miscellaneous sign in. Thank you so much! I'm SOOO grateful!

I had such a pleasant & quick experience at this store. Denny the sales associate was excellent and made the process so easy. Even during the current circumstances of the Covid-19, the staff was positive and made sure the store environment was safe.

I came into the Store for the first time with a crazy issue that I wasn’t sure could be resolved in store as it hadn’t been in two days over the phone with AT&T. I’m a new customer and was really beginning to regret my decision to switch. I first was greeted and helped by Lilly and later Stephanie stepped in to assist. The ladies couldn’t quiet figure out my issue and I left the store bummed, but was going to try what was suggested. Lilly called me back to the store because they’d figured out my issue . When I got there she’d gone for the day and Stephanie took over . I not only got my problem resolved I was upgraded to the phone I actually wanted to begin with! These ladies could’ve let me leave the store and never thought of it again... Instead they went over and beyond and changed my entire attitude about my switch . Overall Awesome customer service !

The representative who assisted me was great. Oscar is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and a great asset to AT&T. Once this young man graduates from college you should definitely promote him to a job that befits his education and experience. I am very pleased with the service that he extended to me and AT&T should be proud to have a young employee like Oscar who I hope can flourish, promote, and grow with AT&T.

Was in and out within 20 minutes. The manager, Jann greeted me immediately when I entered the store. There were 5 other customers so I understand the need to wait. They seem to cater to and give individual attention to the customers so I’m grateful for that. Jann helped me with upgrading my SIM card real quick and my phone was working immediately. I’ve loved AT&T forever because of their customer service and they don’t disappoint. This location has easy parking and some good places to eat next door (Panda and Starbucks).
